Stayed Feb 8, 2023We cancelled this booking as I accidentally booked it in error. I was experiencing great stress at the time as my son was in critical condition in the hospital and some how sent the request to book this place. I explained my circumstances and they would not refund me. Beware under no circumstances will they refund your money

Stayed Aug 8, 2025First of all the host did not speak any English and held up our check in process a whole hour and I had to call Vrbo customer service who struggled communicating with him as well. It read that room sleeps 3 and it was myself, my daughter and grand daughter who is a minor. He said she could not stay or I pay more. Very unprofessional and didn’t line sharing a bathroom with many guests. Bad experience which was sad cause prime location.
