Stayed Feb 23, 2023My family and I spent a short time in Marrakesh and this riad was perfect for us. Plenty of room, safe, and friendly staff. We wanted an authentic experience in the souk and it was perfect for us. Not extravagant, but still very nice. Would recommend.

Stayed Dec 14, 2018As a party of 10 family and friends, we took over the 4 bedroom Riad Darhani for a 3 week stay over Christmas and New Year. We can't say enough about what a wonderful time we had. From the fabulous roof top tented area (deep sofas, deck chairs and blankets with a view of the Medina rooftops, mosques and the distant Atlas mountains, to the warm and personal welcome of the conscientous manager Omar we could not fault any part of our stay. It's a great space for a large party, spread over 3 floors, with several indoor sitting areas and a central plunge pool, nice hammam style bathroom fixtures, comfortable beds and minimalist Marrakesh hip type decor. When you arrive, your path is literally strewn with fragrant role petals! Omar took care of a wide range of activities - restaurant bookings, day and overnight trip arrangements, and he tagteamed with Abdul, the charming nightwatchman so there was someone to help out 24/7. The household staff served a fun Moroccan breakfast each morning which is included in the rates. A great respite to the madness of the Medina, and a value for money base for exploring Marrakech and beyond. What are you waiting for?
