Stayed Aug 3, 2023Do use this facility. Host forgot/thought i cancelled. Ck in is 3pm. Called host since no ck instructions sent she did not respond. I called host she said 2 things to me i thouhht you were coming tomorrow, next comment, i thought you cancelled. We made arrangements (since she was not home) to ck in at 6pm got there at 645 she was still not there... called her again she asked could we please go to dinner. So i ended up taking all 6 family members out. Finished dinner 1.25 hours later she still was not at the property. We finally got into our toom after 10pm. And no no other hotels in the area this is in Alaska... host had 2 dogs that would bark and growel very scarey., would NOT be a place for young kids. The owner has a hoarding issue the property is a hot mess. The inside of the cabin was nice. Do not create such a horrible hassle furing your time away .... FIND ANOYHER PLACE TO STAY
