Amazing stay everything was nice and clean. Thanks for great time.
Affordable and convenient on Homecoming weekend at IU.
It was a quaint lodging that was set in the woods. It was a charming place to stay while visiting our daughter at college in Bloomington!
The property was amazing. The peace and quite was very much there. The room was amazing. We spent most of the time in the room or in the hot tub. It was a little staycation for me and the wife. 10/10 recommended.
Wish it had a stove top. Other then it was gold
enjoy the stay. Very peaceful and really enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Will stay again. Very private and comfortable.
We enjoyed the peace & quiet. Each morning we saw wild turkeys while relaxing in the hot tub. One thing is you don't have control over the thermostat to the room tho. It was a bit stuffy when we arrived, but I informed the owners, and they sent someone over and turned the AC on very quickly. I think it is priced according, but one snag was I was charged extra $50 from a 3rd party for using Expedia app. Not the owners fault. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay there.
4/23/22 Room was very nice and clean the hot tub was in a nice setting with very quiet and secluded and we like that. But there was no customer service. I spoke with the owner Peter on the phone before arriving he answered all my questions. He said to text or call him if we needed anything and at that time on the phone when were almost there we found out it was only a continental breakfast and not what was expected from a Bed and Breakfast and it even wasn’t much of a breakfast There was apple orange 3 prepackaged muffins and a couple breakfast bars. Then around 4 PM that day I text him that the room was warm and cannot find temp control anywhere. Took him 4 hours to get back with me and he said he had it set for cooler nights he was out of town and could not change the setting. He told me in a text that I could open the windows and turn on the box fan in the room. Couple things wrong with that are no windows in the bedroom area, I have a lung disease an this does not allow me to have windows open I wear a mask when I’m outside already and I asked if there was someone around that could change it he said no and Apologized. So I did not sleep well that night because the room was very warm and I was sweating all night. Would not recommend it because of no customer service and you can get a better continental breakfast at a motel with better customer service for the money. Bed and breakfast to me means you get served a breakfast normally and you interact with the owners.
Very quiet and peaceful location. Only 10-15 minutes from town.
We enjoyed our stay at this property and had everything we needed to be able to fully unplug and focus on each other. Peter was responsive and so accommodating in every way! The only suggestion we would have is to monitor the chlorine levels in the hot tub. My partner and I unfortunately had mild chlorine burns from the chlorine levels and it dried our skin out a bit, but other than that everything was great! We will be back in the future!
Exceed our expectations. Very secluded, clean, and perfect for a one-night getaway. Will be coming back for sure.
It was a perfect spot to meet up with friends and spend a few days together.
It's a nice place to get away for the night. Owner was very nice and communicated well! (Exterior cleanliness was to be desired)
Peter was a wonderful host. He was present on property and able to answer any questions. The setting was beautiful! I would definitely stay again!
Really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. So close to Bloomington and yellowwood state forest. We will be back.
We enjoyed our stay here so much that we stayed a second night. It was nice because we rented out the room during the weekday and no one else was there. It was just what we needed to unplug....destress...and relax for two nights. The hot tub was very clean and nice. We were able to relax out there and watch the sunset and the fireflies. If you want something secluded and private and relaxing....I would highly recommend. The owner is super nice and easy to work with....very accommodating. Would come back again in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything.
Very easy and affordable. Nice little place. Close to Nashville and Bloomington
We really enjoyed the location and the hot tub. We feel like the property could use a deep cleaning between the walls and the ceiling and the vents. Better mattresses would have improved our stay.
When we arrived the cleaning crew was just leaving. The inside was adorable and cozy. The temperature of the rooms were perfect. It was very clean and organized. Lots of board games. The hot tub was perfect. I highly recommend this rental!
Very nice, clean and quiet. Perfect for a one night stay to get away to peace and quiet!
Peter built a real nice property. We only stayed for one night but it's the perfect place for a trip to Bloomington or Nashville, clean, and comfortable. Will stay again.
This was the second time staying at this property. The owner greeted us on both stays and is very welcoming. We love the property because it is off the main roads in Bloomington and is very quite, and surrounded by trees. The rooms are great, very clean, and comfortable. We plan on continuing to stay here while visiting our son who attends IU.
Would stay again!
