Lovely, 1 BR in Adams Morgan! Walk Everywhere!

Had a great stay. Conveniently located to many places we visited. Would definitely stay again.

The details, such as the cute toilet paper wrappings and the well stocked kitchen, make the stay so much more pleasant. The location can’t be beat. These apartments have become our home in Washington DC when we visit, which is once or twice each year.

Everything in excellent condition.

It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and in a great location. Accessing the property was easy and felt secure and safe. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was great, short walk to the metro, shopping and food. Cozy living room with full kitchen was convenient. The only thing that bothered us during the entire stay might not have been known or been able to be addressed by the owner. At night the gas heater in the bedroom made a loud knocking sound. I am a really light sleeper. For two nights I had to sleep on the couch in the living room. However, like I said I don't think the owners even knew or can fix the problem. Overall, it was a great place for my wife and I to spend our first time in D.C.

Very clean and comfortable place, all the right amenities, and wonderfully quiet in a neighborhood that can be noisy. Great location in Adams Morgan, too. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, quiet and comfortable.

We were very disappointed by the condition of this property. The reviews were misleading, this place was a dump. The AC was moldy and duct taped together. The new couch had a huge rip on the back that left exposed wood and sheet metal.There was a big hole in the wall. The blinds were broken. The building was dusty and dirty. We had a bad night's sleep and left first thing in the morning. Now the owner is not responding to any communications from VRBO regarding our concerns.

It was in a great location. It was on the third floor. The mattress in the bedroom was great. The air mattress kept deflating all night, and the pullout bed was very uncomfortable with a thin pad. Everything else about the place was great!

The place is super close to markets and redline station. That made visiting DC without the hassle of driving and parking a car fantastic.

The hosts gave excellent directions. The apartment was clean and safe.

My husband & I stayed for 6 nights, and we had a great experience. The vrbo is charming & homey. You can walk to the Metro (red line), restaurants, and nightlife. For us, it was more enjoyable than staying at a DC hotel. Communications with the host, April, were thorough. Staying here does require navigating a narrow staircase carrying your luggage, so that may be an issue for some travelers. We would definitely like to stay here again on a future trip.

This apartment was perfect for a conference I attended in mid April. It is spacious and easy to access. The neighborhood is very walkable and there are a few grocery stores nearby for essentials! The hosts were very communicative!

The location is excellent. Close to subway and no need for car. Very clean. Steep steps to apartment on the 3rd floor. The outlet in the bathroom quit working after day 1. There were only 2 working lightbulbs in the bathroom out of 5. The whole house was dark. No lamps only a few overhead lights working. The light above the fireplace was also out. Only one out of two working. The pullout couch didn’t work. My son was able to sleep on an air mattress though. I called the host about the radiator and how to turn it on and never got a call back.It did get warmer the next day thankfully and wasn’t needed. We enjoyed our time in DC. The place just needs a little TLC.

This apartment was comfortable and clean. It was in a fantastic neighborhood for us to access all the things we wanted to do. The owner was accessible and responsive. Would stay here again.

This was the perfect base for our trip. The neighhood is great! So many restaurants within a short walk. The hosts made everything really easy -- highly recommend!

The apartment’s location could not be beat, in a cool neighborhood near lots of places to eat and visit attractions. So comfortable and well thought out. We will be back!

Clean rooms, tv was messing up a little and the pull out didn’t seem to work but the room was confortable, and in a great area!

April is such a nice person and went out of her way to help us be able to stay at her place! Which so quaint and cool to me! It was very nice and the location was definitely perfect! It was a very walkable area! We were even able to walk around the corner to The Diner for breakfast, which was pretty good. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. The bnb had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Even ice trays! There's also a perfectly working air mattress! We ended up sleeping on it because I have to sleep with the tv on! I definitely suggest purchasing parking from April because parking is very difficult to find. I greatly appreciate her having that option! Was so nice to just come home and park! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would most certainly stay again!
