Loft above Beautiful Horse Barn on Bourbon Trail

The only thing I would recommend is more lighting in the loft. Very clean, lovely decor, deck was amazing, hosts were very helpful and nice. Walked the property and it was so peaceful.

We had an amazing stay at The Loft while in town for a horse show at KHP. My daughter and I were so happy to come home to this relaxing and comfortable place after being outside during many hot days of competition. The Loft is decorated in such a fun and elegant fashion, with very comfortable beds and amazing bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The front porch and surrounding grounds are lovely for relaxing and watching beautiful sunsets. The barn and many beautiful horses, ponies and cats are the icing on the cake. What a positive and uplifting experience to stay here - we'll be back! Thank you very much to Gillian, Rob and the marvelous group who keep the property in fabulous shape!

This might be one of my favorite VRBO stays ever. Gillian has an eye for decorating and this place is just adorable. Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. My kids loved seeing the kitties everyday and got to meet all the ponies and horses. The property is beautiful and Rob the barn hand is so nice and knowledgeable. The front porch was amazing for morning or evening dinner and drinks. The location was central to all things we wanted to do in the area. I highly recommend The Loft for anyone wanting a fun and unique place to stay while visiting Kentucky!

My sisters and I had a wonderful time at The Loft The farm itself and surrounding area were so lovely. Gillian was very accommodating to us with check in and check out, prompt with her responses to my questions. Perfect setting and close to Keeneland (we saw unplanned horse races!) and went to the Kentucky Horse Park in nearby Lexington.

We enjoy nature so this was the perfect place for us. 30 acres of pristine land and fairly newly created units with all amenities. Very clean and only an initial slight aroma of horses from the barn. Super comfortable. Plan to visit again. Loved the close town of Midway and restaurants. The property manager, Rob, was most welcoming and helpful. We got to enjoy duck eggs for breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay at the loft! The home was beautiful and their farm is a little slice of heaven. Close to all things horse related and the adorable town of Midway which needs at minimum a coffee stop! Gillian worked with our group to have a very memorable experience at their barn with the Peace Ponies. Our 8 year olds have definitely made a core memory with their time here! Hope to be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Loft at Pine Knoll Farm. The loft is beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The property is lovely and we especially enjoyed meeting the cats and horses. Relaxing on the deck was wonderful.

We went to Lexington and the surrounding area to explore and take in the horse sites. The loft was a wonderful spot to come back to and relax after a long day. Well stocked and beautifully decorated.

LOVE this property, visited first time on a girls trip and wanted my husband to visit this time. We were in town for the Rocky Mountain National Championships and it is so convenient to the Horse Park and surrounding activities. Look forward to also staying in Pony Point some time in the future and hopefully attending one of clinics. Thanks again

My daughter and I stayed at the loft while my daughter participated at the Kentucky horse park. We stayed for a total of four weeks. The loft was very convenient, very clean and the property owner, extremely hospitable and informative. All of her employees, especially Rob, were super friendly!! My Horses even joined us on our stay for the last two nights. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived it was everything and more from the pictures. This is the most relaxing and beautiful place you will see. The horses are below you and absolutely stunning. The peace ponies are so adorable. We stayed for a week. What a great location. We were centrally located for distilleries, shopping in small quant towns, great dining, we did horseback riding at Whispering Woods trail riding, great spot. And we made great Memories. We took a trip to KY for the first time as a family to see the area. The loft was the perfect spot to see all the local attractions. We horseback rode, visited retired race horses, shopped and ate in local towns, and took a trip to Lexington. Everything was super close and convenient. The loft itself was nicely set up for a family of four. Everything was clean and lovely. The two sweet cats kept us company when we were home and the horses and property made for a very cool experience. It was a great introduction to the area!
