Stayed Mar 6, 2026Eugene was incredibly responsive and kind. He was very helpful when I had questions, and communicated all relevant information clearly. The room was small, but cozy, and had everything I needed for my stay. I was in town for a conference, and the room was a perfect place to rest and also get some work done for the conference. The photo provided is much more sparse than in person. There was a tall dresser, small desk, and minifridge, all decorated.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Simple room and adjoining bathroom in a house where host lives on lower level. It was clean, host was nice, and initial hiccuup with electronic door was quickly resolved to let me in by host. Would go back.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Great location! I got in super late and needed to go for a run. Neighborhood was quiet with street lamps and I felt comfortable enough going for a late night run. I got in so late, but I couldn’t see the numbers on the house so I was unsure which house it was because it was dark out. The room had everything I needed, even toiletries so I didn’t have to run back out to my car, and I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy some coffee with their beautiful backyard.
