Stayed Aug 2, 2025I was not familiar with cottage with key box check-in. But room and facilities are newly renovated and clean. More informative approach would be much appreciated.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024What might seem like an out of the way location is actually the perfect stop for a road trip through Ireland that includes the Ring of Kerry. This property is perfect for folks who want a quiet night in a picturesque coastal town. A short walk from Seagull takes you to a selections of bars and restaurants where you’ll be treated like a local. The host was welcoming, communicated early and often, and the Cottage was a cozy spot to rest after a long drive along the Ring.

Stayed Jun 21, 2023Andy and Caroline are a lovely couple who run the BnB… Andy was very attentive and each request was managed promptly and efficiently. Andy and Caroline have made their place into a very comfortable spot to stay - the charming beach theme suits the cottage… Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were visiting Skellig Michael, and the pier is a short walk. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 5, 2022Seagull Cottage is the perfect spot for a trip to the Skelligs. The room is large and extremely clean. It's a modern B&B. The owner, Andy, was extremely communicative, which was much appreciated, as this trip was a bit of an adventure for us! The cottage is an easy 10 minute walk to town. Andy does offer breakfast. While we did not partake, it looked delicious. Scones and cereals, as well as coffee and tea. Highly recommend!

Stayed Sep 22, 2021I made an error and our hosts helped us out of a jam . In addition they could not have given me more of a restful stay. I intend to try if available in off season to rent with family all of their rooms
