The host was responsive and easy to deal with during booking and receiving codes etc.Would highly recommend this property - perfect for a family gathering. Great location for access to downtown and quiet nice neighborhood.

House needed better A/C.

It was so much fun. Four sisters (three with spouses) stayed two nights for a family wedding in the area. Love the neighborhood. Terrific old houses with great architecture. Walking was great if hilly.

Lovely house-quaint and historic. Kitchen was small for us but we did ok. Bathrooms were a bit awkward, but again we managed well. Check in was smooth and communication was not an issue. House was clean . Enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a quick get away. There 3 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. Very clean and well stocked. It is my second time staying at this house.

We are a family of 6adults, 3 kids & 2 dogs. We stayed for a weekend to enjoy time together. We made use of the outdoor seating areas, yard games & games inside too! There was ample room & it was So nice for each family to have their own bathroom. The house was clean & had everything we needed for a great time! I ended up with a pulled muscle in my back & the soaker tub was the only therapy that felt good! We appreciate being able to stay & would recommend it to anyone!

We had a very nice stay at this quaint house in a very nice area of Dubuque. The house and property showed obvious care and beauty. The house was clean. Could have used a once over in the corners and along the ceiling edges. We enjoyed all the games and puzzles for our 2.5 yr old! We didn't spend a lot of time on property because of the memorial we were on town for, but we felt very comfortable there. All the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels and such. I'd like to go back and stay a bit longer next time! Highly recommend this property!!

This house was a great size for my friend group. We loved all the space. A few things that would be nice are a deep cleaning of the home. There was spider webs all over the place. The kitchen could be a bit larger/open. We like to have meals together so a larger dining room table would be grwat.bgreat.

This home was a great choice for our group of six, ages 23 to 85. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were fitted out with everything we needed. A truly special stay in a lovingly restored historic home.

I absolutely loved the decor!!! And so did our kids, especially the bath tub. It was plenty big for our family, because we have a big family! It had everything we needed.

This is a very well maintained old house (maybe 100+ years old). I loved the original things that were left in the house although much of it was very nicely updated. Everything was very clean and the bathrooms were all recently updated. Great neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

Didn’t personally stay but booked for out of town guests. They stated it was spacious, clean, and met the needs of adults and kids. Thank you to the owners for their great communication leading up to the visit.
