Just a few short blocks from the French Quarter, we discovered an abandoned antebellum Creole Cottage, left in total ruin, on the verge of collapse. It was love at first sight.
We spent two years meticulously reimagining and rebuilding the home. The design respects the cottage's architectural history, both in scale and materials, while introducing a modern, minimal aesthetic with an appreciation for the patina that time brings.
We came to New Orleans on vacation and never left.

Stayed Mar 31, 2026We loved our stay here. There were great restaurants and a bakery nearby. It was an easy walk to the French quarter and also to the new Bywater waterfront park. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Our host, Ann Marie, gave us some great ideas about events going on during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!

Stayed Mar 24, 2026We got married this past week at hotel Peter and Paul. The location was perfect, just steps away from the venue. The property was clean and beautiful! Anything you needed was there. The host is amazing with communication. We had a few hiccups that were out of the host’s hand. We couldn’t pay our second installment through the website but the host was understanding and patient while Vrbo tried to figure it out. Our car got broken into the first night but again out of their hands. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025We traveled to NOLA for the Super Bowl festivities. Our stay and experience was amazing. The loft looks exactly like the photos. The place was in a great location and within walking distance to Starbuck's, the grocery store and Frenchman Street. Would definitely book again. The owner was super responsive and accommodating. Stayed Nov 22, 2022My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk to the French Quarter in about 20 minutes (I am 74 and a slow walker), we took a lot of Uber rides, and they averaged about $15, which is not bad for a tourist town. The owners were great at communicating with us, and the house was just right.

Stayed Sep 11, 2021I could not have been happier with the property and how wonderfully unique it was. Pretty place in a great neighborhood. If you want a taste of the French Quarter the property cannot be missed. And Ms AnnMarie, our hostess, could not have made my stay any better. She was perfect and I appreciate all she did to make me feel right at home.
