Comfortable room within 15 minutes of driving from IU

Bed is waterbed. One bed only. Recliner is the second stated bed. Owner did offer an air bed if recliner is not good enough. AC is weak. Very warm summer nights. AC in bathroom is stronger so had to keep bathroom door ajar at night. Host is nice. Ok with pets (even though description says pets are allowed, host requested an advanced notice of bringing a pet). Nice neighborhood. Close to campus. 12-15 minutes driving.

Room did not sleep four, doom room sized refrigerator was not turned on and its door was open, the trash can in the hosts kitchen had waste in it. My Daughter and I did not stay there. Only one bed. We went elsewhere.

Nice room and close to IU Wasn’t a fan of the water bed ha w not seen one in years and wish there was a tv in the room or main area but over all good

Very clean, spacious and comfortable.

As an introvert in town for the weekend to visit friends, I needed my own space to decompress. The facilities were great and I didn't need to interact with anyone the entire time I was here, which was ideal. Personal codes were provided beforehand for the exterior door and the interior door to my room, which made everything smooth.

Very great stay!! Host was so polite, the area was so clean. The location was quiet. Didn’t have a complaints. Would definitely stay again!!

Having K cups for coffee is so great! Host answers questions very promptly!

Just used the room. It was as described. Met our requirements for a full football weekend. Would stay again.

Great neighborhood to walk in! Close to IU!

Our host upbraided me in person and in electronic communication about using the refrigerator in the shared fully equipped kitchen. He reprimanded me for adjusting the ceiling fan speed. Despite the nice property, it was a nerve wracking stay.

Place was clean and easy to stay at. However, we did not like the fact that the property owner was in the property during our stay, it felt like we were in their space and felt weird. The communication was disturbing, the way he talked to us got us scared. It was creepy in a way. Overall, it was okay.

Property as described. Host very conscientious. Quiet street and easy drive to Indiana University. Great hot shower w luxury shower head and very fun lighting choices in the bedroom.

Place was clean…host is a fantastic, prompt communicator…10 minute drive from IU’s campus…highly recommended

The host was great and very accommodating. I needed a place to sleep and shower without spending a fortune during a Big 10 game weekend. The location is about an 8 minute drive from campus/$10 Uber. I will come back again on another game weekend when I am flying solo as this property was perfect for me!

Host Eugene is wonderful! Very responsive. Nice neighborhood with good sidewalks to walk for exercise. Close to IU campus (10-15 min drive). Great price.

Exactly as advertised. Affordable and super clean. Host is responsive to any questions and a good guy. Was a perfect solution for 1 person for a couple nights needing somewhere to sleep. If apprehensive, renting a room is a just like renting a room in a hotel, but in a house.
