First impression it looked sketchy. But it was a clean safe environment. I thought we were getting a room with 2 queen beds but they were smaller.Strong perfume like smell in the halls. Bathroom was dated but functional. Windows didn't have screens in them but did open.Fresh waffles in the morning were great!Sure, there are many updates and improvements that could be made but it is a safe dry place to stay on a budget.

Booked this for 2 nights, but never got to stay. Host did not send directions, or respond to three messages sent through VRBO, or a voicemail I left on the host's phone. Very rude and disappointing. We've always had excellent stays at VRBO properties. Fortunately, my credit card reversed the charges, and I'm trying to work with VRBO to get this reported.
