Stayed Apr 6, 2019This is the cutest little hotel. The staff were the best and always so helpful! If we were to return to San Jose we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 15, 2025When we arrived, the attendant didn't even know we were coming. He said they were full. He swore his account did not reflect our reservation despite the details i showed him. Ultimately the exact room we booked was free. It was not the room shown in the pictures. The room was not aesthetically pleasing whatsoever with outdated bedding, no decor, breaking down furniture, and cords hanging all over. The shower barely functioned and one of the bath towels was moist. The breakfast was fresh but involved no source of protein (animal or plant) or whole grains whatsoever. It was overall a disappointing experience.
