Stay in the newest Executive Suite in Wolfville in one of the town`s most iconic buildings The Gingerbread House. The Carriage House was newly recreated and is our only suite with a full kitchen. It has a beautiful king bed with reclining and massage options. Automated power blinds for added comfort. Two tvs so you can watch TV in bed or from your 6 person sectional couch.

Please note that this room does not include breakfast.

With our hightened covid guidelines, we complete a thorough cleaning and santizing of all contact surfaces, all linens are replaced including bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, throws, bath mats and towels.

--PARKING--
There is free reserved parking available at the property for one vehicle. If you drive more than one vehicle there is extra parking on the street and you must follow city rules.

Breakfast Service

Wake up to a delicious breakfast delivered directly to your room or suite ☕
Serving Time: 8:00 am – 9:30 am
Price: $9.99 + tax per person
Please place your order by 7:00 pm the evening prior so our team may prepare everything to perfection.

Rates & Payments

️ Summer, weekends, long weekends & holidays:
Some suites may require a 2-night minimum stay

Payment Policy:
Full payment is collected 7 days prior to arrival.

Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $250 is kindly required and is pre-authorized one (1) day prior to check-in, then released the day after check-out.
To ensure a seamless arrival experience, please note that if the damage deposit is not successfully received within this timeframe, we regretfully must reserve the right to cancel the reservation, at which point all payments made will become non-refundable.
By confirming this reservation, the guest acknowledges full understanding of and agreement to this policy, and accepts these terms as an integral part of the booking arrangement.

Rates are based on double occupancy
Extra guest: $20 + HST
Children under 12 stay free (must be registered)
Room capacity cannot be exceeded
Rates do not include 14% HST

30+ minutes: $50
1 hour: $100
2+ hours: Full night base rate + any relocation costs for the next guest

We are pleased to offer a flexible cancellation policy:

️ Single rooms: Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before check-in
Multiple rooms / Full B&B bookings: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in

Smoking Policy

Designated smoking area in the garden — please dispose of butts properly
Marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property
Smoking outside designated areas may result in a $200 charge and possible provincial fines under the Smoke-Free Places Act

Hot Tub & Room Care

When using the hot tub, please:
Shower beforehand
Do not use soaps or bath salts

Keep the tub covered when not in use
If draining is required due to misuse: $100 fee

No pets — violation incurs $250 charge

Permanent stains/damage = replacement cost

Please turn off lights & A/C when leaving
Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am
One parking space per reservation
An active phone number must be provided at all times
Cotton pads provided for makeup removal
Do not share your room code
Please remove all personal food from the fridge before checkout
