Stayed Oct 9, 2024Lovely restored house. Shared areas included kitchen with frig and microwave. Walk to lake and sit on two different deck areas. This property is really amazing and walking distance to square.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025We loved the beautiful house and the excellent location. A short, safe walk from there Granbury town square. The square has lots of great things to do and a great night life. Having such a historic and awesome place to stay makes a visit perfect!

Stayed Apr 25, 2024The Captain's Suite is perfect for a couples get away weekend. The historic home is filled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and art. It is only a 3 block walk to the Historic Granbury Square. The suite had everything we needed. King bed with very nice linens. Huge walk in shower with bench (bath soap and shampoo included). Best of all were the gracious hosts, Tony and Tina. They were promptly available if we needed anything but were not the in your face hosts at all. A gorgeous place to stay and we will definitely be returning. I highly recommend. B & C stayed April 2024

Stayed Sep 15, 2023My husband and I were looking for somewhere not too far from home for a brief escape and for some r&r. This place was perfect, right off the lake, and less than a 10 minute walk to the square in Granbury. The host was wonderful, and the little breakfast left outside our door each morning was just perfect. We loved it. We will be back!

Stayed May 12, 2023Lovely house, large room, very comfortable, huge bed. The bathroom is spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was yummy and delivered right to our room door.
