Stayed Jun 16, 2022We travel frequently and stay at various Star Hotels, apartments, etc..... MISADVERTISED———-A/c is an important criteria when traveling in heat of summer.....I had written to the owner and management 1 week PRIOR to arrival and was assured to have an air conditioned room ........ it was NOT working when we arrived and was not fixed by the time we left 3 days later.....and management could NOT move us into an air conditioned room..... Also, this apartment is part of hotel....but getting to it from the lobby of hotel required going thru a MAZE....up to 5th floor then descending via stairs to the 4th!!!!
