Stayed Apr 10, 2024We did not realize we were renting a “tenement” apt!! Drove up to the address, could not distinguish the address because SCAFFOLDING and construction trucks were blocking the entrance and address! Sorry, but the person who greeted us could not speak any English, and they clearly knew we were an English speaking group, when making arrangements! This was our third stop in Southern Italy and it was the worst!! The entry was up 3 flights of stairs and the apt looked like it was dated and decorated “post world war 2”..Pictures are deceiving!! Could not open up the “shutters” or open the window for fresh air, the construction workers were there scrapping plaster off the building.. by the way, a bed & breakfast price usually includes breakfast in the cost! Just not very convenient and comfortable! We give it as a D!
