Experience St Lucia in this stunning villa, one of the most picturesque homes in St Lucia, with vistas from sunrise to sunset.

Perfect for couples, large families or small groups, sleeping 2 to 10

For bookings up to 6 people (3 x couples), each couple enjoys a Super King bedroom with a terrace and their own ensuite.

Two additional bedrooms (one king/twin and one with a set of twin bunk beds), extend the capacity of Sunrise and Sunset, creating two family suites.

Enjoy a super king-size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, AC, personal safes, smart TV's, Wi-Fi porter, and ensuite bathrooms with luxury toiletries.

All bedrooms open to a balcony, delivering sensational views of the island, Pigeon Island, both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Seas, and for golf fans, the greens of both Cabot and Sandals championship golf courses are literally in front of you. On a clear day, looking South, you can see all the way down to the Gros Piton.

Not only a vacation home, Cap Pavilion is also available for small groups and gatherings for weddings, birthdays, family celebrations, filming, photo shoots and even private conferences up to 80 people, upon request.

The pool deck has been extended to accommodate full occupancy with room to spare and is extremely private. Surrounded by native tropical habitat and with a covered grill, it makes an amazing social area. From the pool area, enjoy a short stroll through the villa’s nature trail and listen out for the ospreys too.

Modernised to a high standard, room amenities include AC, ceiling fans, blackout blinds, Smart TV's mean you can log in to all on-demand providers such as Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney +, YouTube, etc., and each King bedroom enjoys a personal safe and hair dryer, luxury toiletries, towels, and waffle robes.

Our fitness room can double as a day spa and massage room if a little pampering is called for, and we can assist with reservations for a visiting service.

Modernisation has also been sympathetic to the ecological challenges the world faces, ensuring the villa is sustainable with 100% solar (PV) electricity generated on the estate and rainwater harvest, some 4000 gallons for irrigation and non-consumption use.

Our large modern kitchen has a breakfast bar and patio with views across the Atlantic, whilst it opens up to a lounge area with garden views and across the Caribbean.

The kitchen has all utensils and crockery, an American Fridge-freezer dispenses both ice and double-purified (UV and charcoal) drinking water, plus an air fryer, a blender, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher.

Housekeeping, breakfast can be arranged, and if you would enjoy a private cook/chef, we are happy to confirm this for you.

Dining out is easy from Cap Pavilion. Experience the fusion of cuisines St Lucia has to offer, including the acclaimed Naked Fisherman, which is just minutes away, and the fun of the Friday Night Street Food Party in Gros Islet. We also highly recommend Buzz on Reduit Beach Road, and whilst it is a short journey down to Vigie, The Coal Pot is a stunning restaurant with amazing local seafood.

Our dining room is, perfect for a more formal dining occasion. It also features an early Grand Piano, dating back to approximately 1845! Yes,180 years old. The wing can double as a function suite for any type of celebration, opening on all sides to garden and ocean views and a covered patio which can be utilised as an open-air home cinema / big game time area with a projector beaming onto a 100” screen.

We will be delighted to assist with excursions by sea to the South of the island to take in the Pitons, the island's volcano, sulphur mud baths, waterfalls, and cocoa plantations. Whilst the scuba, snorkelling, and sunset cruises are something to behold.

Whether you spend your days by the pool, venture to the beach or the golf course, a stay at our welcoming villa will leave you wanting to stay just a few more days.

My family had an amazing 1 week stay at Cap Pavilion during the Christmas holiday. The views and sunsets/sunrises were unparalleled combined with the graciousness and attentiveness of the host/owner, David. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable and pleasant experience. The estate sits on 5 acres with abundant space to spread out and enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean to the East as well as the Caribbean Sea to the West. David gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and activities/beaches to experience. We arrived late as our flight was delayed but, nonetheless, David rearranged his schedule and was there upon our arrival greeting us with rum punches for all 8 of us. We would definitely stay at Cap Pavilion again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay on St. Lucia with some of the best views you will encounter anywhere in the world.

We stayed here with our family and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The home is beautifully designed, spotless, and offers breathtaking 360 views—including stunning ocean scenery that made every morning feel magical. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and inviting. David was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was the perfect place to create lasting family memories, and we can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect getaway with our friends! Our group of friends had the most unforgettable vacation at this incredible rental in St. Lucia! The house at Cap Pavilion was absolutely stunning—spacious enough for all of us to spread out and relax, yet cozy enough to feel like home. Every room was beautifully designed and super comfortable, with amazing views and plenty of privacy. The highlight for us was the pool and the breathtaking ocean views. We spent our days lounging poolside, grilling meals, and watching the sunsets together—it honestly felt like a dream. The location was ideal, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local adventures, but still felt peaceful and secluded. The host, David, was amazing—friendly, helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This place was everything we hoped for and more. If you’re planning a group trip to St. Lucia, this is the spot. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

On a 5-day family trip to Saint Lucia, we decided to split the nights between the north and south of the island. In the south we didn’t fare so well but staying at Cap Pavilion more than made up for it. It’s about as far north as you can go on the island, maybe 10 minutes past Rodney Bay. You can see Martinique and the views are (as advertised) incredible. Sunset does take your breath away, although we didn’t see the fabled green flash. The owner/host, David, communicated with us well in advance with easy directions for our driver and we were met upon arrival and treated to a tour of the villa and grounds. All the rooms are equally well appointed, and all have doors to a wraparound terrace. Fresh sea air makes such a change to city smog. We came to realise that we were among the first guests to the villa, because it has recently been renovated and made available for rental. It has been very well done. Like 5-star hotel standard done! Whilst we were self-catering, the host very kindly secured some fresh local produce and other provisions for us before our arrival – again, amazing customer service. On Friday, we hopped a taxi to the Gros Islet Street party and on Saturday we spent the day on the beach, both are close. We also liked that the villa has adopted solar power and rainwater collection. Thankfully we only had blue skies, but kudos David. We will return for sure.
