Amazing place steps away from the beach. Very spacious and clean. We liked the layout open concept of kitchen and living room. Laundry was bonus. Will stay again.

My mom, sister, and I had a lovely stay at this property. Very spacious & quiet. Loved having a full kitchen. The bedrooms are all a great size & each one had a queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom was so large & lovely. The second bathroom was also a good size. We also loved being able to walk down to the beach, which was very close. My dog enjoyed it as well. The price was also very reasonable. Loved it!

Booking was easy, communication with the host was quick and clear, her instructions regarding parking and check in were easy to follow. Property was clean and as pictured with everything we needed to cook dinner in for our family of 7! Walkable to both the boardwalk, beach, and to shopping. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you Karen!

We had a fantastic two-day stay at this house! It was incredibly comfortable, and it had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea, which made it even more enjoyable. The big playground on the property was a huge hit with the kids – they had a blast! Additionally, whenever we had questions, the owner was quick to respond and very helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This was a fantastic find! Exceptionally clean, well appointed, spacious for our group of 8 (6 adults and two young children). Each room had its’ own TV, with the options of signing in to your streaming services, clean linens, beautiful flooring in all areas except bedrooms, which had lovely soft carpets. The kitchen was very clean and had all the dishes we needed to make meals (the Thrifty Foods and other fresh food stores within a short walk made meals so very easy). One side of the unit faces the street at street-level. We didn’t have a problem with it, and there will be light coming in from the street through the frosted door, so if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed, make sure they’re okay with some light, or have a sleep mask. The unit is very close to the beach and boardwalk. A little hose is set up outside the units to rinse any sand off before you go in. I loved the cleanliness, uncluttered aesthetic, and the fast responsiveness by our contact when we had any questions. We would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in Parksville by the beach.

A very comfortable condo with everything that we needed. There was a lot of room for hanging out and being together for the holidays. We were 5 adults - lots of room to spread out and have own space as well. It was a wonderful location to explore the beach and the rest of Parksville. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was a little too slow to stream the hockey, game but we were able to tether to our own devices. We would definitely come back here next we are in Parksville. A Fabio spot!

Met my expectations of a vacation property.

The unit was well laid out and comfortably slept 6 of us. It had a well laid out kitchen and living area for night time cooking and relaxation. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach as well local restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very clean, well equipped suite located very close to amenities and beach. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated that we could bring our little dog with us.

Karen was great with communication and alleviated any fears I had of booking with Vrbo for the first time. The property exceeded expectations, the cost was good considering what you get for it! My parents, sister and myself stayed for 2 nights and rested well! Our goal was to be near by brother and did not get to explore the neighborhood too much, but for sightseers it is an ideal location with activies, parks, beautiful walks and amenities close by. There were simple instructions for location, parking and check-in/check out expectations emailed a few days in advance. I would definitely recommend the Beach Suite location as well as any place where Karen is property manager.

Great spot although a little unusual set up in a remodelled plaza. Walk to the ocean in 2 minutes without crossing by the road. Very clean. Comfy beds and amenities. Would recommend it but suggest the owners add some extra seating as there were 6 adults and only a corner couch and dining chairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

My family stayed here for 3 nights for our grandma's 90th birthday. We loved being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The kids loved the amazing playground nearby. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and out process. Thank you!

This suite was the perfect 2 night home for our family of 8 while we were on the Island for my Mother's memorial service.The bedrooms were large and beds very comfy, bathrooms beautiful with all the amenities and more!The kitchen and living area were spacious and we could all be together with plenty of room to spare.My sister and her family stayed in one of the other units and they were equally impressed.We consider this a great find and will definitely book this suite on our next visit.

We were a group of girlfriends who wanted to get away for the weekend just to relax, play some games, enjoy dining out, and just to spend some time together. Unit 5 was sparkling clean, fully equipped, and the photos are a true reflection of the property. We ate at Lefty's (Parksville) and the Rusted Rake (Nanoose) and highly recommend both. We also went for a lovely hike in Qualicum (Lighthouse Loop). Parksville was the perfect home base for our activities. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. We have a lovely stay in this beautiful property!

Great property for our purposes

The accommodations were overall great. nice and roomy high ceilings, but unfortunately, found a very dirty pillowcase on one of our pillows in the closet

We were three seniors playing a hockey tournament in Parksville and Karen’s place suited us perfectly.

Perfect little spot for mid island get away!

The place was really clean and had all the key amenities. Parking was a little confusing however Karen was very quick to point us in the right direction!

Unique location. Close to everything including the beach. The resort is directing in front of the unit and it has a nice beach access and restaurant.
