Security protocol: You will need to show a QR code per person (provided by the host via the reservation chat), along with an official ID matching the QR name at the lobby.

GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

Keep noise levels low, especially after 10 p.m.; fines will be applied starting from the first warning.
Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access.
Parties are prohibited, as well as walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
A fee will be charged for towels and/or bed linens if stained, whether from makeup or any other substance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Parking is only allowed in the designated area.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. Service animals must provide documentation.
Return the keys and/or access cards to the designated place indicated by the host.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES GENERAL RULES

Common areas of the building must be respected; the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
Maintain respectful behavior and actions toward neighbors and security staff.
FINES

Violation of any point in both rules may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.

Damage and/or loss of bedding, furniture, or inventory: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning for excessive dirt, stains on fabric, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Cost of materials + labor cost + cost of blocked nights for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or access cards: Cost of replacement or repair + 25% of the value for management fees.
