Zenith Farm welcomes you to a touch of Tuscany in Southern Oregon. You’ll enjoy privacy and breathtaking views of the Rogue Valley in the well appointed two bedroom Barn Loft. Situated on a 5-acre estate 4 mi. from downtown Ashland and 10 mi. from Medford, you'll be surrounded by an abundance of fine food, great entertainment, incl. world-famous Shakespeare and Britt Festivals, nightlife, family-friendly and outdoor activities, day trips to destination wineries, redwoods, Crater Lake and beyond.
The Barn Loft is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Perched on a ridge of a beautifully wild and undeveloped mountain, The Loft is peaceful and right on the edge of wilderness, yet minutes from all the action of the bustling city of Ashland and only 1.5 miles from the up-and-coming Talent's downtown. Because of the location, we enjoy privacy and expansive views of the town of Talent and the surrounding Rogue Valley. You will feel immersed in the countryside and surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. Enjoy the stunning ever-changing panorama as well as bird watching and star gazing at night while lounging on the deck —or keep your eyes peeled toward the forest and you might even spot larger wildlife.
The space includes: A master bedroom with a brand-new Sealy Posturepedic queen bed and a range of pillows to choose from. There is also chest of drawers/vanity and hanging room. A second smaller room with a single bunk bed above and a double-size very comfortable bed below; a living room and dining area with expandable table and convertible queen futon bed sofa and 42 Flat Screen TV. The bathroom features marble counters and a large shower. The full kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, five-burner stove, microwave, convection oven, coffee machine, kettle, and cookware/ovenware and bar with stools. There are walking and biking options nearby including the Bear Creek Greenway (a biking and hiking trail connecting Ashland, Phoenix, Medford and Central Point along Bear Creek) and exclusive trails with private access from our neighborhood. Also in the neighborhood there is a park with playground (including summer water features), beach volley court and more. Mountain hikes, great restaurant and a famous hot springs wellness center are close by.

Other things to note:
There are children, chickens and a friendly double doodle dog living at the property. Jet the dog might be the first one to greet you. He might bark at first, but he is very friendly. If you throw him a ball he will become your best friend. Please drive slowly and carefully.

Traveling with pets
We welcome well behaved pet guests that leave virtually no trace. Please let us know more about s/he/them.
Since there are young children and other animals at the property, pets must be kept on a leash or in a crate at all times. Pets must be kept off the bed and couch and especially if shedding. If your pet is used to jumping on furniture at home, or if he/she sheds, please bring clean sheets or blankets to cover our furniture and rugs. Please use pet diapers while inside for females in heat or pets with urinary incontinence. Pets may never be left unattended inside the accommodation or on the property unless they are in a crate (a crate is not provided). If they are scratchers or chewers or are likely to cause damage in other ways, pet must be kept in a crate all the time.
Please clean up after your pet friend. If needed we have clean pet beds available at an additional cost. We charge a $50 Pet Fee for cleaning and wear and tear.
