Sweet little Garden Studio”

Arrived shortly after check in time and was immediately greeted by the host. Was told the garden for the Garden Studio was torn out, entrance to area was cluttered and unkept. Opened door to the studio and was overcome by a fool odor, like a alcan of sardines or dead fish. Looked around in fridge and trash and was unable to find source of odor. Went back out to our car to decide what to do so went to find a place for dinner. Sent a couple of messages to the host telling them that we couldn't stay and they got hostile and insulting.

Comfortable, close to where I needed to be.

Small and sweet. Within 15 minutes walking of a great breakfast spot in a train station. AC was a bit underpowered and quite noisy - would love a fan option for sleeping instead. Would absolutely stay again.

The setting was delightful and accommodations were comfortable. However the bed squeaked, the mattress was too soft, and the bedspread had a hole in it. Also there was no WiFi available.

Perfect in every way for what we needed while visiting family. This sweet cottage is Exactly as described by the host, who was so kind and hospitable. We loved our experience!

Sweet space, peaceful porch with rocking chairs as the day cooled down, in a residential neighborhood. I really appreciated the A/C and privacy after a long day of driving. Stunning scenery in an area I know well, and the perfect alternative to higher accommodation prices in Jacksonville and Ashland if you are a solo traveller here to take in concerts and/or theatre. Small studio, sweetly appointed, just as described. Perfect for overnight stays, only 10 minutes from Ashland. Cool beverages available for sale were a welcome touch.

wonderful little cottage very private and comfortable we had a great relaxing time

This sweet garden studio was great for what we needed. We were in town for a weekend wedding. Were were centrally located to all communities in a quiet neighborhood. Lisa was kind and considerate offering us extra towels and local restaurant options. The unit has a bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The garden was beautiful and sitting outside in the morning was refreshing. Thank you, Lisa.

This property is so magical! A wonderful, private garden. Very peaceful and quiet. The space itself is like an artist’s studio. The host is very welcoming and responsive. I will definitely stay here again

The cottage was very cozy and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little porch and the wonderful garden. It was a wonderful place to sit at the end of a long day and enjoy a glass of wine.

Absolutely convenient, easy peasy to navigate, privacy, good water pressure (I'm jealous lol), and enough cooking stuff to do it if you want to. Thank you!

Lisa has created the perfect little backyard room that has everything you need while on the road. We were passing through on our way to a memorial service and I just didn’t want the commotion of a hotel. Lisa’s place is quiet, clean, and feels very safe. She was quick to respond when we had a question and checking in was easy!

Everything was great but Vrbo did not send me check in info. I had to contact owner and luckily she was available and helped me out. Location was perfect for me.

Nice place to stay

The quaint little cottage room was perfect for my needs. I spent most of my time away at a retreat but enjoyed waking up in the morning to a cup of coffee on the little deck with the birds and a quiet evening with myself. It was an adorable little getaway, and I enjoyed my chats with the owner. I would book again if I return to the area.

The place was perfect. I couldn't cook but what I ate was well enough. It was within a 15 minute walk of everything I needed. It was perfect, and my hostess was amazing.

Truly a pleasure. The experience was entirely positive.
