This was probably the most sparsely appointed place I've ever stayed. Bare minimum. No wine glasses, so i used the water glass. Only 1 extra blanket, and had we been using the sleeper sofa, we wouldn't have had it as extra. Granted, we were in town to walk, shop and explore. But, had we wanted to spend more time in the unit, it would gave been very sterile

The apartment was convenient located with street parking available. A window did not close so there was a cold breeze. Neither bedroom had any windows, fans or ventilation. They were stifling even when the heat was turned off at 4pm. The kitchen was missing a spatula for cooking. The beds were comfortable.

Attend a conference at the Davenport Grand which is right across the street. We did not use the 2nd bed room, but for the price it was worth it. Our friends staying at the Grand ended up eating with us at our lovely apartment the entire 4 days. On the weekend, the area around was packed. It was nice to be able to take away food to eat in peace and quiet. Kitchen had stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Plus dishes and utensils. Only thing - no parking. We parked at the Grand, but wish we had coins for the meter, the few times that would have been convenient. I called to ask about early check-in, both time a pleasant lady answered and was very helpful.

Overall, the apartment was pretty nice and worked well for my family of six. It isn't clear from the listing that parking is not included. It became a real chore (and expense) to manage on-street parking, which definitely detracted from our stay. On our last night the neighboring apartment decided throw a loud party, and since there is no one on-site to manage this, by the time someone arrived the group had quieted down (about 12:30 am). But since the person they sent talked with the neighbors and told them I had called, the people proceeded to stomp up and down the hall around our apartment every 30 minutes until 3am.

My friend and I came to Spokane for a show on a Friday night and were lucky to find this place. Everything was as advertised, the beds were pretty comfortable, the location was central to everything and the apartment was a really good size for us. The only thing that was difficult was the parking situation which is out of control of the property manager; we would definitely stay here again.

First, we stayed in a one bedroom where the windows wouldn't open. Then we moved to a 2 bedroom in the same building with functioning windows. This was a major improvement. The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Communication was good. Only issue besides the windows in the 1st apartment was that the parking garage across the street is much too expensive. If the apartment building could work out a deal with the hotel parking garage for more affordable parking passes that would make this VRBO much more appealing.

Everything was great except parking. Had I.know whatbthe parking was going to be I would have chosen a diffrent spot. My sister is disabled and we had to move the vehicle every 4 hours. Everything worked out but definitely parking is an issue.

Loved the apartment! It was clean and safe. We did not have issue with urban noise-our bedroom was on interior walls though. Recommend bringing or buying own coffee-coffee provided was for single cup but only a large pot provided. Better yet check out the local coffee shops! Apple Fritters at Atticus were amazing! Can't wait to come back!

Loved the apartment. Perfectly clean, tv/cable in each room and all the basics needed. Andrea (management) and the cleaner (J.) were very pleasant and attentive. Would definitely stay again. Apartment is in downtown, kitty corner with Convention Center, walking distance to Riverside State Park, restaurants, etc. Parked car overnight on street, right in front of the building (free meter parking from 7pm-8pm) at our own risk…thankfully nothing happened :)

We had a great stay at the Riverfront apartments! We liked it so much we had to show it off to friends from the city so that they knew about it for any future visitors. Our friends particularly liked that all the art in the entrance way, halls, and apartment showed the key sites of the city. The place was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with the basics for preparing and serving meals. The beds were super comfy! The en-suite laundry was easy to use. And after reading the guidebook, we mastered the temperature control for the HVAC system. Staff was quickly responsive when we had a couple of needs during the week. We were away most of the day, so the street parking (free overnight) suited our purposes very well. We could walk to Starbucks, local French pastry place Madeleine's, Auntie's bookstore, restaurants, mall, Riverfront area, Convention Centre, and there is a Starbucks across the street in the Grand Hotel. The fact that FedEx was right next door was truly a godsend for us, as we had 4 shipments to organize during our 1-week stay. If we had one recommendation for improvement, it would be for the walk-in shower. Installing hand rails/grab bars would add to accessibility for people (ie seniors) with balance issues. Riverfront truly exceeded our expectations and more than met our needs. This was a great stay, great value, highly recommend! Love, love, love it!
