Stayed Aug 15, 2025Downstairs neighbors were very intrusive. They dominated the shared space like it was their own. Parked on street because of the shared parking situation. No laundry in upstairs apartment 43D listed in fine print of contract. Online listing says coin laundry available. That is NOT on property for upstairs rental. Location was great. Upstairs apartment was small but enough for two people. Nicely decorated.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024Property was very clean and even though is was pet friendly I would have never known-that means a lot. It was very beach friendly and in a great location. I just wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger and a place to hang things outside to dry. Otherwise it would be perfect. Thanks!

Reviewer Comments: This was a very comfortable place to stay, loved the sun porch, air conditioning works great, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to the beach and downtown but still very quiet when you want to relax.

Stayed Sep 30, 2023A perfect fall getaway for the 2 of us and our dogs in this conveniently located apartment in RehobothBeach. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. The apartment was plenty roomy, clean and welcoming.

Stayed Sep 26, 2023Property was all I expected. Picking up and dropping off key at rental office is inconvenient and (minor) bathroom sink is slow to drain. Certainly no major complaints or problems.

Reviewer Comments: We take an annual trip to Rehoboth but this was our first time staying at this property. Location was amazing. House was super clean. Perfect for a family of four. Our only complaint was the bed in one room was was super stiff and noisy. Our kids were up several times a night.
