This was one of the best VRBO stays! Our host was welcoming and there to answer any questions. The house was absolutely spotless and had more than one would expect in a rental. It was in a beautiful, safe and walkable neighborhood. We will be booking this again the next time we visit! I can't imagine anything better.

This was another great getaway with this host! This exceptionally clean, well-stocked unit was absolutely perfect(as was the upstairs unit we stayed in just a few months ago) and well thought-out, from the toiletries to the coffee to the parking pass. This is all in addition to the fantastic communication! We're hoping to book our third stay with this host at this property asap!

We loved this place. It was exceptionally clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Our son came down to visit from Jacksonville and ended up staying with us. Location was central to everything and we walked every where we went. Great dining options. Host was very helpful and answered questions promptly. Definitely on our saved list. Thank you!!

Great location, easy to walk. Mix up with couple sharing other unit in the building checking into our unit, so we did not actually stay in this specific one. It worked out fine, nice newly renovated apartment. Connie was very quick to respond and communicate with.

The house is so cute and the location can't be beat! The bed was very comfortable. Parking lot is close but heres hoping the neighborhood will appove renters use of street parking.

Everything was great with my stay here. I was staying here while working on an event downtown and the location couldn’t be beat. It was a great and relaxing spot after a long day of work. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Having no on site parking was my only problem as a 59 and 66 year olds and on disability

Property was clean and well maintained. Very close to downtown and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. My only recommendation is to notify the guest to make sure they scan the parking garage card when leaving even though the gates are up at the city parking garage. If you do not scan leaving it won't let you back in and the attendant i dealt with was extremely rude.

We felt so welcome with AC, lights and tv on upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Great location to everything in St. Augustine!
