Stayed Sep 25, 2025A good apartment for a short start - close to DIA, Ford Piquette, and Africa. American museum. Street car (Ferry) is a short walk and free. Communication is all electronic (my entry code don’t work so was given a new one 10mins after arriving). Kitchen is clean but missing wine glass and small spoons, otherwise well appointed. Local grocery store is good and 10min walk. Not many food options near by; better choice downtown.

Stayed May 21, 2025Read the fine print when you finalize your booking. There is an entire document of additional policies you must agree to. While we booked the to visit our kid in college, we found out too late that they could not enter the property. NOTE: do not try to use the elevator closest to the entrance. Proceed down the hall to the functioning elevator. The condition of the apartment was “meh”. Bed was very comfortable. However the couch was missing its legs (!) which made it too low to use comfortably. The LR ceiling light burned out after day 1 and the host did nothing. Clearly there had at one point been 4 sets of flatware and glasses, but about half were missing. Host refuses to use VRBOs platform for communication. They were minimally responsive through their designated platform. Another red flag ?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This apartment is in the Museum district. We found it immaculate and quiet. We had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the host was responsive to any concerns we had.

Stayed Nov 21, 2025Arrived on time for my check-in only to discover the entire place had not been cleaned from the earlier tenants. Cleaners came, it was no problem, but the host's attitude about the entire issue was not acceptable. Hung up on me multiple times when I tried to ask after the solution, offered no sympathy or compensation for the inconvenience. You can tell this is a private equity company that offshores all managerial to oversea AI companies. Terrible service.

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Good, not great.Code we were given did not work. The twin bed on the listing was actually an air mattress stored in the closet. Not cool.Listing said there was a balcony. No balcony.Nothing in the kitchen to help with meals, no napkins, oil, or even basic salt and pepper. Barely any dishes.Shower was clogged.Furniture was cute but everything was pretty cheap.Washing machine was loud af and took 6 hours to do a load.Neighborhood was fine, parking was easy, and host responded to our issues. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This is a really great place to stay - very cute and the location is just perfect. We enjoyed the public transportation and the walking distance to the Art Museum. Only issue was that they advertised it for 3 people, but they didn't have any bed sheets for the inflatable bed, no comforter, nothing. And they were not able to provide this. Luckily, we figured it out, but if you are traveling with your kid or need a bed for a third person, please check with them ahead of time.
