Yosemite Bass Lake Finegold Retreat

Clean, cozy studio with friendly owners and nice grounds in a great location.

The property was clean, well-kept and quiet. Perfect if you are looking to getaway.

I loved the Finegold retreat! It is a beautiful property and everything was immaculate. My room was spacious and very comfy, Janel (the host) is lovely and was so friendly and helpful suggesting hikes etc. She also leaves homemade cookies (yummm!) and gave me home made ice cream. I'd love to go back and stay longer.

Cute, rural property, far from the crowds. Lovely hosts. Very relaxing. About 30 minutes to Yosemite park gates, 90 minutes to the valley. It worked well for us visiting the valley. Microwave, aircon, etc.

Our staying in this place was wonderful. Clean, quiet, convenient. The host was very friendly and helpful. We recommend this property to everybody.

This apartment has beautiful furnishings done to represent what a person would expect living by Yosemite National Park. There were many little extras that I didn’t expect such as the homemade cookies. Extremely clean and well thought out.

We had a lovely stay! Clean, comfortable, more spacious then I expected. Very close to Bass Lake but quieter. We saw deer in the driveway and the dark skies can’t be beat. Dogs were sweet. It was hit outside but the AC worked great. The Welcome cookie was one of the best I have ever had. I need the recipe.

Very cozy and nice place to stay! The owner really put in a lot of effort to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. She even baked us fresh cookies! You can park right in front near the door. It’s a keyless entry so the access is easy. We had a great stay and we were able to visit Yosemite for a couple of days. Thank you for an awesome visit!

This was the beginningof our trip to Yosemite, and what an amazing start. The hosts are friendly and thoughtful. The space is welcoming, and the location is perfect. Lots to explore around Bass Lake. We enjoyed the Mona trail hike. Again, these are super hosts! Thanks so much.

Terrific retreat from the city. Great property. Lots of wild life. Hosts were fantastic and helped with anything we needed. Baked goods were a welcome delicious treat! Thank you for a great stay. We hope to be back again soon.

We stayed here and traveled to Yosemite, Sequoia & Kings Canyon. Great place to unwind in the evenings. Enjoyed watching the deer play in the back yard almost every evening. I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to the National Parks in the area. Oh and the cookies were so delicious!!!

Easy check in/ out process, very clean and nice hosts!

This place was perfect for us to visit Yosemite Sequoia and Kings Canyon national Parks. Our hosts were very helpful and inviting and responded to anything that we needed help with. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Neighborhood stay away from town. Beautifu property with all we needed to hideaway or enjoy the great outdoors. Beautiful home with accommodations for private guest quarters. Access to property hiking bbq or just close the doors and cuddle on the couch to read play games watch tv. Wifi access worked great. No complaints

Amazing in all areas

This little cabin is so cute and cozy. We had such a great time here. Bret & Janel are such hospitable friendly people. We had everything we needed and more. The property is beautiful and theres plenty to do with just a little drive. While on our trip we enjoyed different areas of Bass Lake, Yosemite and Manzanita Lake in North Fork. We also enjoyed the property's creek and backyard area where we played darts, catch and went on a little walk. It was so peaceful and beautiful and we would be happy to come back!

My son and I stayed for a couple nights to get caught up, he lives in LA and I had a business meeting in Fresno. It was a great quiet place and the hospitality was 5 star. Including the fresh baked cookies. I would recommend this place. We hiked to Stevenson Falls and then spent the afternoon on a jet ski and swimming at Shaver Lake.
