At the apartment entrance you are greeted with a colorful rose blush door, and opens into a stylishly decorated space that is entirely for your use during your stay! This upstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment for two is one of 4 apartments in this quadplex property. There are no shared spaces among the units. It boasts a cute little kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need for an evening in and a home cooked meal. Full sized stainless steel kitchen appliances are also included. You will find the comfortable queen bed with quality sheets and bedding to be a welcome place to rest your head at the end of a long day of exploring, hiking or shopping. Don't have big plans tomorrow Close the blackout curtains and turn on the sound machine to get a little extra shut eye. In the living room, cozy up on the sofa with a blanket and watch television from the smart TV. You will log in to your own favorite streaming app subscriptions and enjoy a relaxing evening in. There is private parking located along the side of the house for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 10 minutes or less. This is an upstairs apartment. There are train tracks a block away. A sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. There are 2 steps up onto the front porch and 15 steps up to the second floor. There is a ditch along the street front portion of the property. Watch your step! No pets or animals allowed, No smoking of any kind is permitted and No parties or gatherings. This property is located in a safe, quiet, regular Joe working class neighborhood. There is no paid cable or paid streaming app service for TV viewing. You will need to log in to your own streaming app subscriptions to watch television. There are also some free viewing options in the menu.

    I have actually booked this property twice, I had to cancel the first one due to an injury. Communication with the property manager is stellar! The spot is cute, well outfitted, great space! I would stay there again. Not far from UT.

    This unit was fantastic. Everything was so clean. Perhaps the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The appliances are all new and it has everything you need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer were a wonderful added bonus. Missy is an excellent communicator. The book in the unit outlining restaurants, etc is great. We loved our stay here and would definitely book again if we were ever in the beautiful city of Knoxville again.

    Cute, quaint, and adorable little gem. It’s clean, well decorated and equipped with the things you could need for a quick getaway or a lengthy stay. Only thing I could say remotely negative is location. Oh well. But not enough to say I wouldn’t stay there again, especially for the price point considering how clean and well designed it is.

    My man & I stayed for our Valentine’s celebration. Very cute, comfortable, & clean, just as described. Easy check in, easy parking. Would definitely stay here again!

    We loved this place and all the amenities were there! (Besides cooking oil to put on the pans haha) but otherwise everything was so clearly explained and well communicated. No stress! We loved the decore and all the natural light (with curtains if you wanted to block it out too!). We had an amazing stay 3
