Yellowstone Vibes: SacTown Edition!

Great location for a show at the Crest Theatre. The property was just like the pictures. Beds were comfy and nice to have 2 bathrooms. Great stay!

The inside of the property was very warm and welcoming. It did unfortunately lacked and extra supplies for certain things like dish soap for doing dishes. But thankfully the place was about a 10-15 minute walk away from grocery shops or local restaurants as well as the Sacramento Convention center, cheaper than one of the close by hotels if you don't mind the walk. I highly recommend this location for those with a hidden gem of a location.

Great location, super clean, lovely bathrooms. Only issue we had was the internet wasn’t working the entire stay. The host was very responsive but couldn’t fix the issue. Other than that, it was great and we would definitely stay here again!

This property inside was decent for the most part BUT there were HAIRS on the bed and I even found a Spider on mine. The host or AI host just said sorry?!?!The tough part of the property was:1.) Not just bums but MENTALLY DEGRANGED folk walking around right infront of your space that makes it feel VERY unsafe outside.2.) Parking is HARD to find if you don't get it on that street. Keep in mind you are ILLEGALLY parking on that street.3.) Windows are blocked with a film that feels very prisoner like and you are right next to an abondoned, boarded house that solidifies the feeling.Sorry, i WOULD NOT recommend unless this is priced down.

Booked it for Ironman California. It was close to everything, but quiet. Very comfortable beds, great kitchen and tv/ living room. Clean and well stocked. Super relaxing place and very unexpected for a city. Host was fantastic. Would book this place any time I’m in Sacramento. Excellent!

Nice house friendly owners

Wonderful stay! The property was spotless and located in a quiet, convenient location. Check-in was smooth and easy and communicacion with property manager was prompt and profesional. We had no issues and throughly enjoyed our stay.

Came with family to visit a sick family member. Apt was so peaceful and soothing after 3 days visit, heavy traffic, unknown area. A great adventure with my sweetheart and his sis.

The host was extremely communicative. The location was very central to many things. The place itself was clean (smelled amazing), nicely decorated and cozy. I slept like a rock the two nights I stayed. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great place and location. We walked everywhere. Easy access. Place was very clean and orderly, lots of amenities! Could use more lamps in the rooms though. Manager was very friendly and helpful.

Conveniently located downtown near convention center, which was very important to us as we were in town for a conference. Clean, easy to park, and smooth check in and check out.

Second time to stay at this property and always checks every box. The host and the property are terrific and will try to stay here when traveling to Sacramento.

This is a beautiful condo and a good location. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown but without the noise. The property was exactly as described. Super clean and well appointed with cookware, dishes, etc. Internet was strong. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful. Parking was on the street and good for a smalll car. Would be more difficult with a larger vehicle. We would stay here again.

I would say overall the apartment was good and it was pretty much a nice area n location. However personally I had issues with the fact that the sheets didn't smell clean.There was hair on the bed and no it was not mine and the Snacks on the coffee table were expired. When I let the host know the only thing that was stated was Rest assure the apartment was clean the Wednesday before you arrived I arrived on Friday of that week. I wasn't given any accommodation only if there was anything I needed to let him know. I wasn't offered clean sheets or even get an apology for the mishaps. The fact that the Snacks were expired, smell n hair on the bed is what had me concern if in fact the apartment was inspected . Or it Could of honestly been that it wasn't rented in a bit so it seem clean🤔 hard telling not knowing. Otherwise we made it through the weekend.
