It was an awesome stay. The views from the cabin were breathtaking. We enjoyed it so much and felt so comfortable. It was easy to get to Yellowstone and grand Teton national parks. The hosts Kathy and Harry were so wonderful. Would definitely plan to stay there again.

Clean and comfortable as described, about 20 minutes from west Yellowstone park entrance. Friendly and accommodating hosts.

This was a wonderful stay. Spotless clean quarters in the basement area of a beautiful cabin. Overlooking Lake Henry, the views are spectacular. We used this as home base for Yellowstone NP days. Time to West Yellowstone entrance was a little more than 20 minutes. Kathy and Harry are first rate hosts. They put effort into making their guests feel at home. Cookies, coffee, well stocked kitchenette, all were appreciated! We would most certainly stay here again.

Lovely space with everything we needed. Kathy & Harry were so sweet I only wish we would have had more time to visit with them.

The hosts Kathy and Harry were wonderful. The space is welcoming and felt like home. Everything we could have needed was provided. It was so relaxing to come back to after a day of sightseeing. They also helped with questions about the area. As noted in the description there is no kitchen which is just something to plan for which we did. They take any dirty dishes we had, wash them daily and return them. We loved the fresh cookies kathy brought to us. It is about a 20 minute easy drive the the west entrance of Yellowstone. The lake and mountain views from the home are an added bonus. We highly recommend this place!

Henry’s Lake property was great. Close enough to Yellowstone about 12 miles And the town of West Yellowstone where there are many restaurants and groceries. They have beautiful sunsets and skies in the evening. Kathy and Harry are very nice and welcoming and the chocolate chip cookies were Amazing.

We loved our stay here!! Gorgeous spot with lake and mountain views, well equipped with everything you need, comfortable bed, close proximity to Yellowstone park, and excellent host communication. Would stay here again!

Kathy welcomed us with her home made cookies and showed us around the property. I missed the fact that we won’t have the use of a kitchen, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise and we spent more time outside and actually vacationing.

Perfect and so incredibly welcoming. Wonderful host, would come back here in a minute. If you forget anything, they had it, from bear spray to binoculars, to small cooler to pack lunches. Super cozy and beautiful view of Henry’s Lake. And let’s not forget about being greeted with homemade cookies. .

Cozy cabin with great location near Yellowstone NP.

Comfortable stay with unexpected surprises... Homemade cookies, dishes collected/washed each morning by Kathy/Harry, a beautiful view, and an easy drive to Yellowstone. A great stay for our family trip.

Overall, a great spot! The place looked just like the photos and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The place had everything we needed and felt right at home. Loveddd the fresh baked cookies! Would definitely recommend to others and would be happy to come back again

Very nice hosts . They answered all my questions and helped me navigate the area . Everything I wanted was already there or done for me . I hope to stay there again whenever I am in the area .

We loved our stay here for our trip to Yellowstone. It was in a beautiful location close to the park and had everything you could think of! We really appreciated being able to take the bearspray and binoculars to the park. Definitely stay here if you get the chance!

This was a wonderful, clean, and comfortable stay just 20 minutes outside of the West Yellowstone entrance. Kathy and Harry were so welcoming and had stocked the place with everything we needed for our stay. The binoculars and bear spray were particularly nice.

The view was amazing very cozy and clean. Our hosts were amazing! Kathy baked cookies and they were awesome! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful location, friendly owners, loved the touch of having fresh chocolate chip cookies. They made us feel welcome immediately. This really is perfect location not far from West Yellowstone Park entry.Even loaned us some bear spray for use in the Park.We'll definitely come back if in Yellowstone again.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It fit our needs perfectly. We took early morning trips into Yellowstone and came back to the cabin in the evenings and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. The owners are wonderful hosts!

My family of 4 traveled from SC to the west to see Idaho and visit Yellowstone. We happened upon this absolute gem of a place to stay.This was absolutely the most comfortable, hospitable place in Island Park. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. And the view from the rental was AMAZING!

Kathy and Harry are very friendly and hospitable. We even got some freshly baked cookies upon check in. The view that surrounds the cabin is truely mesmerizing.

We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful cabin located very close to the western entrance of Yellowstone. The owners are very welcoming and family oriented. We would definitely stay here again.

Charmingly decorated, first floor of a beautiful 3 story log cabin. Mountain/lake view out front window is beautiful! We were welcomed with homemade cookies. Kathy and Harry had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, extra pillows, blankets, a fan, cooler, binoculars, bear spray…too much to list. Bed was super comfy as were two chairs in front room. There is a microwave and full refrigerator, but no sink for dishes or stove which we were fine with for our short stay. TV had so many different choices from Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, etc. It is a half hour from the West Yellowstone entrance and there is a nice restaurant close by called Connie’s which was quaint with good food. Wonderful stay. We would stay again if in the area.

The Wards were wonderful hosts. The basement./lower level 1BR apartment was well appointed and stocked. It is about 20 miles from the Yellowstone West entrance. The only thing is lack of a oven/ stove. Everything else you need is there. I had several very pleasant conversations with them during our stay. Parking is right outside the door under cover. Bear spray provided. You dont have to buy it and leave it for you cannot fly with it in checked luggage. We did not see any grizzlies in the vicinity of the house but you can be certain they are around. I would recommend this property without reservation as a great way to see this area and alternative to staying in the park

This is a great home to stay in if you want to get out of town to a peaceful spot. The hosts thought of everything you need. They greeted us and were there if we needed anything. The view out the front window was wonderful.

Kathy and Harry were exceptional hosts! The place is as described, in the basement of their home, with a private covered parking and entrance. Kathy was there to give us the code and explain all the ins and outs and left us with some of her homemade cookies.! Although it does not have a kitchen (no sink) it does have a full fridge/freezer, toaster, and microwave. She has coffee/tea (bring creamer and sugar) and all the plates, utensils etc you could need. Kathy comes in and does your dishes upstairs each day. The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular! Harry is a delight and you can tell loves taking care of his beautiful home. We would stay here again when in the area.
