Located at the heart of the Cappoquin Estate family farm, experiencing our 150-year-old transformed hay barn has been described by guests as special, wondrous and magical. Nestled between a renowned Irish garden and a Georgian house, this cozy flat accommodates up to 3 guests. This is the perfect place for an authentic countryside escape!

The Space

A charming apartment finished with family furniture and some modern touches. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, essential cooking equipment, covers for 5, a double sink, large dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The central heating system ensures warmth in every room.

Take the opportunity to wander the estate's walking paths, ideally suited for walking your dog or embarking on outdoor adventures with children all while enjoying the scenic views of the Blackwater Valley and the Knockmealdown Mountains.

Cappoquin Estate, home to the Keane family since 1735, is a mixed farm focused on dairy, arable and apple production. Don't be surprised to encounter our friendly Estate staff or a tractor on your strolls!
