Stayed Sep 19, 2024The inside of condo1801did not look as it was presented in the photos. The table had a sticky film, the TV did not work the dish washer did not work, the place was not clean. Our stay was for 9 days and there was someone coming to fix things just about every day. My stay was not as nice as it should have been. The views were beautiful and the staff was excellent I will come again but not with the same host.

Stayed Mar 8, 2023The condo is just as it is listed, except the views are better! It is a lovely condo. I was very satisfied with my stay here. Very easy checkin process and I absolutely love that we didn’t have to worry about parking our car as we would come and go (valet extra but very reasonable). I would stay here again!

Stayed Jan 13, 2023We arrived early and was able to check in without any issues. The condo itself could have been a bit cleaner. Is a beautiful condo with intercostal and ocean views However, it is not beachfront. As you have to walk a couple blocks to get to the beach. The building itself is a hotel/ condo. Some units are owned. Others are rented by the hotel. If there are any issues when staying in it owned unit you have to contact the company you rented from. The hotel and maintenance will not handle any issues. The issue with having million dollar condos in the same building as hotel rooms is the clientele. . It was a lot of noise on a few nights to the early morning hours. The fitness center is par at best. The pool location on the 6th floor is fantastic. The extra resort fee and $35 a night valet is a little ridiculous in my eyes. All in all the state was great. However, I believe you can get something right on the beach for the same value.

Stayed Jun 30, 2021We were here visiting because my uncle is on hospice & after my last reservation fell thru I was happy that VRBO was able to find a condo to accommodate my family & I. Initially, I didn’t do a complete walk thru to check cleanliness because we arrived so late after midnight to be exact. But a family of 5 which the property management was made aware of ahead of time but we were only provided with enough towels and sheets for 4. I emailed the host to request more who asked that I contact the front desk which there isn’t a number handy to just call & when you do it’s always busy. Never got towels. After my daughter complained of hair and stains on sheets I started to inspect. The mattress protector in the master bedroom was soiled & full of hair. The living room couch had visible red stains. The flooring throughout the entire condo could use a good mopping because the stains are visible. The AC vents & filters are so full of dust due to not being changed you can see the dust settling on the door by the front. If you have allergies prepare for your triggers to begin. My children & I only had allergy relief when we left the condo. The water pressure in the rest rooms is also terrible. The sinks have better pressure than the shower and tub. Also bring your own face and hand towels as well as beach towels. None of those were provided to us. If you are looking for a hotel experience this is not the place. The pool area is not kept well either. While the condo itself is beautiful and so are the views I believe in getting my money’s worth & was really disappointed with this rental experience.

Stayed Mar 12, 2021It was perfect the place is very clean the location is just across the street from the beach , communication was smooth and replies to my questions very fast I loved it and my kids and family members enjoyed it , GREAT JOB
