WOW! THE BEST PRICE IN CHARLESTON! NOT A SHARED RESIDENCE! VERY PRIVATE!

The first thing I noticed was how clean it was! Particularly the bathroom and kitchen. This was so much better than a hotel room by FAR! The attention to detail was the next thing I noticed. DVDs to watch, books to read, snacks, candy, and opening the refrigerator to find some cold sodas and waters after a long hot drive was just the icing on the cake! I’m a smoker and there was a bench, a table with an ashtray and lighter! Last but not least, a bottle of wine sitting in the table as soon as I walked in! Absolutely perfect! We plan to come back soon and I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay at this property! My husband and I will definitely be back next year!

Great place, enjoyed our stay. The outside doesn’t match the inside, but we didn’t have any issues with anyone in the area. Close to all the areas we wanted to visit!

This place was exactly what was described. Easy and short drive to all of our destinations in the Charleston area. Parking for both of our vehicles. Host communicated well and checked on us.

This is a place of faith. You will feel like you made a mistake when you first get there. Trust me when I say you did not. Its a great place and very well done on the inside. Location is amazing, close to everything and then some. Take the chance and enjoy your stay.

The studio was very nice inside and the owner was very friendly and welcomed us. Did not really like the surrounding area, but it was safe. The outside of the building did no justice to what the inside looked.

This was an unexpected gem. We arrived and there was music playing quietly, dim lighting, chocolates on the pillows, a bottle of wine, snacks. A very cozy, rustic, quaint place. Don't judge the interior by the building exterior. A perfect retreat after busy days in Charleston. The owner of this studio knows how to take care of guests! We will definitely stay here again.

Small, it very well equipped and furnished. Very suitable for a couple or single. Easy access from airport and to get to different parts of charleston and surrounding areas. Definitely need a car to get around, but lots of local iptiobs for shopping, dining snd groceries. Can highly recommend

Amazing stay! Tony is a great host, easy to reach and always ready for support. The house is so nicely decorated, it uplifts your mood. Such a peaceful and tranquil place to stay. I greatly appreciate Tony, as we couldn't have enjoyed our stay so much if stayed any other place.

This suite is warm and cozy. When I arrived, the lighting was warm and there was soft music playing. There were two candy dishes filled with goodies in the room. There was also a bottle of white wine and glasses on the coffee table. I'm not a drinker, but it was a nice touch. There were drinks and water in the fridge as well. There is a huge laundry room, but I didn't have occasion to use it. The place is near lots of stuff and five minutes to the airport. I wish I could have stayed longer.The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower's hot water supply is limited, so quick showers are required.Other than that, a great place to stay. The pictures online do not do the place justice. You'll be delighted!

20 minutes to downtown which was nice. Inside was great, everything we needed for a getaway. Host was thoughtful with snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. The location was in an industrial area which was unexpected, but once inside you wouldn't know.

The special touches were on point and thought out! It was a perfect , clean, well maintained home. We would definitely stay here again! Location was very convenient.

This place was PERFECT for our weekend getaway for Luke Bryan and visiting friends, central location to everything in Charleston, awesome place with a thoughtful host that clearly goes the extra mile for his guests. We loved everything about this studio. The cleanliness, decor, location, and host made us feel right at home. We also loved the neighborhood cats! Tony was great and communicated effectively throughout our entire stay!

I was a little bit hesitant to book, however after checking reviews/Google earth, etc. I decided to take a chance. I'm very happy I did. The place is not glamorous on the outside, but the unit is well decorated and was larger than I expected. For the most part the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. It was very convenient to the coliseum which was the main reason for our visit.

Tony is a wonderful host! The accommodation was very cozy and supplied with everything you could think of, including wine and snacks. It was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood looked a bit run down, at first glance, but I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Tony!

Like the many other reviewers before us, which is how we chose this property, we had an excellent stay at Tony's studio apartment. When we walked in, we were immediately charmed by how clean and tidy everything was. It was the perfect space for the two of us. Though this is described as a studio, there are several rooms--the living room/bedroom are the main room, and it's a large space. There's also a full kitchen with a small table, a bathroom with a tub/shower (and the shower has terrific water pressure) and a small bonus room with a dresser and washer/dryer, plus lots of empty floor space. (we kept our open suitcases in here). It was amazing to be able to throw a load of laundry in before we headed home, so we arrived home with clean laundry instead of dirty clothes. Having a full fridge--and ice maker--meant we could store some snacks and leftovers. We also had the opportunity to have a conversation with Tony, who owns multiple properties in the area, is the neighborhood president and feeds the neighborhood cats (several of which were very sweet and greeted us as we left or arrived each day). I would say the only two downsides someone may want to consider is that this is a second floor property and the stairs up are tilted slightly but in a way that may feel precarious to those with balance issues. This studio also isn't absolutely dark at night but actually gets a fair amount of light coming in via the window over the door. Just pack your eye masks!

We have stayed at many VRBO places and this was the best one yet. Tony is a terrific host. The little details that he thought of shows that he truly cares and wants guests to enjoy their stay from the second you walk through the door. The first impression when we pulled up was a bit questionable but as soon as we walked in we knew we found a little gem. Tony had soft music playing, dim lighting and little chimes playing along with snacks everywhere. My husband is a smoker and he really appreciated the bench with an ashtray and even a lighter. I know that seems like a small thing but it was all the little things that made our stay so great. The apartment is beautiful. You can tell he has put a lot of work into it and he has done an exceptional job. We will definitely be back when we come to Charleston again. Thank young, Tony, for making our stay amazing and pampering us. You rock!!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding in Mt. Pleasant and let me just start by saying this was perfectly located between Mr. Pleasant and the night life of Charleston. A short 20 minute drive to both locations. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There was some very nice amenities like a circulating fan, some chocolates and snacks, and even a bottle of wine on the table. Truly above and beyond. And for the price we paid, we saved 800 over a local hotel the rest of the wedding guests were staying at.We will return if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for an inexpensive, but welcoming option!

Tony was so communicative and wonderful! Loved the bottle of wine that was waiting for us. We went to a concert at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was so close to venue. The trip to downtown and to Folly Beach was short too! Overall, loved this place and cute location!

Amazing spot on North Charleston! The location was great for short trips to downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and the North Charleston area. We read many reviews and that’s what sold us on this property, so we would suggest doing the same! Tony goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable. We would definitely stay again!

Older cinder block building on the outside. But a nice newly finished inside great space for a couple for a weeken get away. Great host/owner. Very responsive and attentive. Convient location to 526 and 26 in Charleston

My wife and I stayed at this property whike vising for a concert. All of the reviews are accurate. Lovely little spot. Tony is amazing. He goes above and beyond with every detail. Every expectation we had was greatly surpassed. It's obvious that that hosting is a labor of love for him. We will definitely be staying again upon our return to Charleston.

The pictures make the rental seem smaller than what it is. It’s actually quite spacious. There was a separate laundry room inside of our rental, small coffee bar area and reading area. You can tell the host put a lot of effort into making each guests stay memorable

All I can say is fleeing from hurricane Milton from Tampa, FL was a stressful, anxious, cataclysmic event that lead us to drive thru the night to come to South Carolina and found ourselves at Tony's stay. As a chef, a veteran of restaurants and worked in the hospitality field for almost 30 years, you can tell alot of effort and attention was put into this space. Incredibly kind, thoughtful, and gave us a nugget of piece in a very chaotic time. Highly recommend any one of Tony's properties or working with him as a host in the future. God bless you Tony! The previous reviews were spot on about this VRBO. The neighborhood isn't why you would choose this place. The location, the super clean and well thought-out space, is definitely why we would choose it again. Also, the attention to detail from the host with the little extras and the well-thought-out space are more reasons to want to come back. Great choice for a Charleston stay!

This was a great little place for a quick trip to Charleston to see our Citadel knob. The unit was very clean and the check-in was super easy.
