World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley overlooking the Rhine

Excellent property. Very well equipped. Car park at property. Property owners easy to get on with.

Property was clean and neat. Excellent location and great to have train/bus tickets available. We used them everyday and explored the area. Would be great for families with young children. Would definitely recommend to others.

This apartment is on the second floor and is accessed by a gentle staircase. Very clean and comfortable apartment providing two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining room and a play room. It is located in a quiet village close to the Rhine River. We were provided with a travel pass each giving free local bus and train travel, a great extra. I would recommend this property.

Blau Himmel - Blue Sky - is as described on the website, a second (top) floor apartment in a family home in which all 3 floors are reached by an internal staircase and have separate 'front' doors, Spay is bypassed and the property is situated on the main village road, adjacent to other homes and within very easy reach of a shop and a couple of restaurants. The Rhine can be seen between the properties opposite and it is an easy walk of about 5 minutes to the Rhine foot / cycle path. A bonus was Peter's capacity to issue local transport tickets for the Koblenz area for the duration of our stay. Peter & Nina were very welcoming and we had a very enjoyable few days in this attractive and interesting part of Germany. Thank you both.

We had a very nice stay here for 3 nights. The upper floor is spacious and clean. We enjoyed cooking a few meals there instead of eating out on a regular basis. With the fully equipped kitchen, it was easy to prepare and eat meals. Guest passes for the regional trains and buses in the area are included. This will largely eliminate transportation costs in the area. Trains stop in Spay roughly every hour, including weekends. We will gladly stay here again in the future if we come through Koblenz in the future.

The flat was nice and clean and well equipped for our weeks stay. Also very close to the train station and with free Guest tickets(free train travel in the area) it was fantastic. The Rhein was only a few minutes walk away too so ideally located for us.

Really nice property, well located for visiting - and cycling to - lots of lovely towns along the Rhine. Well equipped, our children loved the playroom. Rest of the house is very spacious, nice living area. Would highly recommend!

Apartment was large enough for my family. It's clean, comfortable, bus stop close to apartment. I loved that little shop next to the house for glossary. Peter was always there to assist and answer my questions.. My family felt home and really loved it. Thank you very much!
