Workers Paradise | Spacious | Saltwater Pool!

Where to start. Getting to the room was pretty confusing. Once there it was easier. The first problem was the upstairs neighbor. Be aware of staying at this property. The upstairs neighbor likes to stomp around at all hours of the day and night sounding like they are mad at the world. This was brought up to the management of our property twice but nothing was done. Trust me you will not get any rest period. Next on the clean of the apartment. It was sub par. The floor was full of long black hairs. Neither of us are dark haired. The bathroom shower could have used a good deep clean as well. The grout in the tiles in the shower have seen better days and clearly have mold beginning to grow on them. The halls going to and from the elevator and different areas had paper and junk thrown all over them as well. And finally the bed. This queen mattresses was very very uncomfortable. This not even mentioning the bed frame sounded like it was going to break at any minute. In between the heavy footed upstairs neighbor and the horrible bed, we were unable to get any type of rest over the two days. This is a shame especially with how much you are paying to stay here. I WOULD NOT recommend even attempting to stay here. You will be very disappointed as were we.

This condo was perfect for our stay! The room was very clean, host was responsive and location was close to restaurants and shopping! I would highly recommend staying here.

Apartment was decent, but there was a type of spiders in the sheets and my wife got bit all over. The bed was also very noisy and skweeky. You can hear straight through the ceiling above you to very noisy neighbors late at night and early in the morning. At 2am I could hear someone sing a full song, while i was laying in bed trying to get some sleep before my early flight. The good parts of this are that its very central to down town, it has really good views, and the bathroom and kitchen are huge! Aside from the things I listed above, we did enjoy our stay.

A great location downtown. The unit was neat and clean and all amenities (pool, workout room) were in good shape.Could use some more dishes and glassware.

Great location to downtown. Very vlean apartment. Bed not big enough for two adults, but would be great for two small children. Check-in a bit confusing, due to having to download Latch app for access to most doors. No t.v. in bedroom.

This was a great place to stay near downtown and other main attractions and restaurants. This place was clean and the host was very responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions. I’ll stay again, I’ll recommend.

Loved this apartment! It was super clean, spacious, and great location. I will stay here everytime I'm in Tampa.

Let me start by saying that I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Pros: the host was very responsive whenever we had an issue they worked to figure it out and come up with a solution quickly. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom has a large two sink counter , more than enough room for cosmetics and toiletries . The security and the building is great, no worry about strangers in the building. There are several restaurants near the apartment and the area is very Central to a lot of attractions. Cons: we had some trouble upon arrival, figuring out which way to go. The directions were from the parking garage but we did not rent a car so it was a little confusing and we had trouble getting into some of the areas, the app would not work and we couldn't ask anyone in the building for help. There were no dressers or drawers to put our clothes in, no towel racks in the bathroom to hang our bath towels only a hand towel rack over the toilet. we shared our concerns with management and they were very receptive and appreciative of our honest feedback. I would definitely stay again and recommend this unit to others

I stayed here for a business trip, attending an event at the convention center. It had everything I needed and was a quick uber ride away to the show. Host very attentive as well and beyond helpful. There is a lot of construction in the area so I feel the area will only keep improving.

This apartment was exactly what our family of 3 needed to use as a home base for our adventures in Tampa. The apartment was lovely and clean. The host was very approachable and helpful. My daughter loved swimming in the pool every morning. And it’s so easy to get downtown to explore the city. Would definitely recommend this place to stay if you’re looking to explore Tampa.
