Work Play Stay - Downtown Sacramento Convention & Golden1 Center - Large Studio

Wonderful, clean, well appointed studio. Plenty of space. Even though it is in a busy neighborhood and very near dining options, I was surprised how quiet it was at night. If you have a car, parking can be a challenge, but wasn't too bad. The only downside to the place is the very small shower stall. It didn't bother me because I'm pretty small, but for larger folks, it could be difficult to maneuver in there! I absolutely loved staying here. Very comfortable, host was very communicative, and it is a great location. 20 min walk to Sutter's Fort, 20-30 min walk to Old Town in the other direction. Saturday farmer's market was just a few blocks away. Grocery outlet 2 blocks away. Lovely tree-lined streets. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for CIM! Easily accessible/walkable to the convention center and State Capitol park, many places to eat and grocery nearby. Appreciated the access to Netflix, kitchen, and laundry. It is also an easy bus ride from the airport to downtown, followed by a quick 10-15 min walk. Would book again.

The space is warm and inviting. I felt very comfortable staying there. Bed was comfy, room feels clean and the kitchen has everything. Nice little touches such as Brita filtered water in the fridge. Spacious closet. Fan on the ceiling was nice as the place heats up fast. Love abundance of lighting options. Fresh clean towers. The place has many little thoughtful amenities. I have read reviews on other sites regarding the size of the shower. It is on the smaller side, but the shower pressure was nice. Would stay here again. Communicate with the host was fast.

Easy check-in, a perfect place for a short stay. Close to old town and train station, quiet street and nicely apportioned.

The place was perfectly stocked, not too much stuff, but everything I needed was there. The bed was comfortable. There was only a shower, but I knew that when I reserved the place (I will almost never stay at a shower only space). Getting into the space was easy and the grocery store is great and convenient. While a parking pass is provided, it took a while to find a place on the street.

This roomy studio with a well-stocked kitchen is in a great location for walking to the Capitol, parks, and the Crocker Museum. Coffee shop nearby too. Parking is on the street, but I didn't have any problem parking close to the studio. The accommodations were great, and I'd stay there again if in Sacramento.

The property is advertised. I would stay there again.

We love the place so much that it was bookmarked for all of our future trip to Sac. Location is ideal for walking distance to coffee, restaurants, attractions and groceries. The place is clean, has washer, dryer, everything needed in kitchen, and various entertainment channels on TV. AC unit is a bit loud but it was cool enough with windows open along with ceiling fan. Very detailed, well organized and well communicated host.

Nice place great location only complaint as I would’ve liked some cream and sugar with my coffee lol other than that we enjoyed ourselves
