I enjoyed the coffee and the space. Beds were comfortable and Host was great.

We were in town visiting family and this place worked out perfectly for our visit. This place is fantastic. So nice staying here. Very comfortable bed. Rain shower was great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet too. Met the owner a couple of times and he was very nice and helpful. Even got to meet their dogs and they are so nice too. And what place would not be complete without a Batman/Superman Rock'em Sock'em robots. lol. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Host was great! Property description was accurate. Safe area close to what we were doing. Clean.

The host was very welcoming! Wonderful setup for a great stay! Heated floors and the fireplace heater kept the temperature great, even when it snowed! Both beds were very comfortable! I will definitely stay there again!

It is not far from shops at all. easy to find with google maps. clean, wonderful communication, prompt response and important information provided without having to ask for it. was prepared and very welcoming.

Location is ideal & central to food, shops, hot yoga. The stay “at work in progress” was a quiet, nice holiday getaway. Will stay here again during my trips to Albuquerque.

Great, safe location. We used the Murphy bed, and bedroom. They were both super comfortable with high quality bedding. We streamed a movie, made coffee with their coffee bar in the morning, and left. I recommend this place. If you have kids, they have a ton of thoughtful games for them.

I have stayed 2x here and it’s a great space. Good location, hosts are available for any questions, and the space is easy to access. The space looks exactly as listed so no surprises. Overall a great stay.

Great place to stay, clean, comfortable, and great location.

The location was great and met our needs for a night’s stay on a long road trip from Oregon to Texas. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The space is definitely private and we enjoyed our stay.

Great, restful stay for overnight trip to Albuquerque. Location was ideal & centrally located to food & shopping. All amenities we needed were available. Just a note, “Work in Progress”, is a side attachment to the main house. Occasionally, you can hear sounds from animals next door. If one doesn’t mind that, this is a welcoming, beautiful place to stay. Host is very helpful & accommodating to make your visit enjoyable. Have another trip to Albuquerque planned in two weeks & already have my trip booked here at “Work in Progress”.

Exceptional! Pictures do not do it justice. 12 foot ceilings, heated bathroom floor, walk in shower, very comfortable king bed, beautiful decor, toys, equipment and books for children. Well set up for morning coffee:)

Well appointed spaces. Nice and bright with high ceilings. My 2nd time staying at this location. This time for several days. If you are noise sensitive/adversive please note that the owners and perhaps neighbors have dogs that bark a lot during the day, both inside and outside the house. There also appears to be another animal that chirps/whistles during the day coming from the owners home. The animal noises are relevantly quiet during the night, however. The connecting walls are thin so you can often also here voices of individuals who are located nearby the sharedwalls/secured door

Very clean, quiet, modern design. Beds were comfy. Nice neighborhood. Just was fantastic to work with and we were able to chat in person, which was nice. So impressed, we booked for another stay in a month.

Loved several things about this property -super clean-off street parking in a nice, safe neighborhood -friendly, accommodating hosts-beautiful apartment, nicely decoratedDidn’t let the exterior (a work in progress) turn us off to this property. Hoping to return!
