Wonderful, private 1-BR Apartment With Great Deck, Huge Yard

Great stay, great communication! Space as depicted in a location that made it easy to get into Oakhurst for lots of wonderful restaurants and 15 minutes into the city of Atlanta. Thanks Dan!

Great little stay!

We loved our stay in the sweet, private apartment they looked out on a large shaded yard. It was convenient to the venue we went to Atlanta to visit. It was comfortable (the bed was like sleeping on a cloud), and cozy. Our host was friendly, accommodating, and quick with responses/communication. We’ll hope to stay again.

My partner and I were traveling to Decatur for a wedding and had no choice but to bring our dog. With it being 4th of July weekend, we tried to choose a place in a quieter neighborhood for the sake of our dog's anxiety. While the property faces a busier street, a quiet neighborhood perfect for a dog walk was just a block or so away.This property had a large yard and deck. It was the perfect size for us for a long weekend stay and was very close to everything we needed/wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and the window unit AC was more than sufficient to keep us cool enough to sleep. We had no issues that required his assistance, but Dan was an extremely responsive host. Should we find ourselves making this trip in the future, we would definitely repeat this stay.

Daniel was a great host and his property is a perfect place for a solo traveler or couple to call home base while exploring Atlanta. Walking distance to lovely trails and downtown Decatur, tons of amenities in the apartment and a super simple check in/out process. Didn’t have to change sheets or run laundry or take out the trash, just got to enjoy my stay and watch the cardinals and robins sing each morning.

Host good communicator! Clean and comfy. Somewhat dates above garage apartment but perfect for our needs -safe, comfortable, easy access to Decatur. Great for low key couples and short stay!

Due to unusual weather we had to cut our stay short but Daniel was very understanding and responsive.

“Communication is key”, and Dan did so very well. This cute little one bedroom apartment, in hip Decatur, was close enough to everything to be convenient and far enough to be immune from any late night bar patrons and their boisterous closing-time noise. You can try to find better food than Decatur can offer but it won’t be easy; and plenty of venues for music and arts and the bedroom feel just a few blocks from its city center make this a great place to visit!

Daniel was very accomodating of us and our 3 cats! The apartment was clean and cozy and felt like home! We had a multi-day long trip traveling to Atlanta from overseas and this was exactly what we needed upon arrival! A kind a considerate host and a cozy home. Thank you Dan!
