Stayed Aug 2, 2025Overpriced for what it is. No balcony or patio and no where to just sit and relax outdoors. AC only in living room. Bedrooms stuffy unless you open window but place is right on the freeway so then you get the noise and pollution. There are older places in the area further up the hill that are cheaper and a bit dated but have lovely decks of patios without the noise.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025This was a great place to stay for my daughter’s basketball tournament. So nice for her to have her own space and for us to have a kitchen to prep meals. Much better than a hotel. After I found it half the teams booked as well in the same place - inclusing the coaches!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Super clean, well appointed and comfortable apartment. Short walk to a bunch of very cool restaurants and stores in the Perry district Easy access to everything in Spokane. Definitely an A+ property.
