Stayed Jan 2, 2026Overall we had a great experience staying in this home!Pros:Perfect location! - We only used our car for grocery shopping, going to the beach, and picking up friends at the airport. Only a couple of blocks from Duval and from the waterfrontUnique Building - the early 1890's building was really nice, with lots of old hardwoods, etc. Quiet Pool - even on breezy days, the secluded pool was warm and relaxingProperty Management Company - PM was very responsive and super helpful when neededCons:Owner has pets - apparently the owners have a cat and/or dog. There was a persistent smell (esp in the master bedroom area) that we assumed was from the pets. We were able to buy some air fresheners that eventually helped.Parking is the pits - the one dedicated parking spot for this unit is extremely narrow. Once I had to crawl through the passenger side to get to the driver side bc the other car was so close. There are some street spots that are first come first serve, but you just have to be lucky
