Stayed Sep 20, 2024This is a nice, clean apartment with most of the comforts of home. It is in the back of a real estate office and very close to a busy highway. Make sure you read the full description because the listing shows 2 bedrooms and 2 queen beds. The second bedroom has a love seat and a twin air mattress. I did not see that so I invited our 22 yr old daughter to meet us and surprise my son for Tn Tech family weekend thinking there were 2 queen beds. It’s really set up for 2 people and maybe a small child. Also, the shower is not for larger/ taller people. I am 5’3”/ 130 lbs and had to duck to get my hair wet and was bumping into the walls. Overall, it was a nice comfortable place for a short stay with 2 people.

Stayed Jan 15, 2023My daughter was in clinicals for a month in Cookeville. Beautiful apartment and very safe! The added bonus was an alarm system that the owner graciously programmed for her. The owner was very nice and accommodating since we were so far away from her. Highly recommend!!
