Downtown Loft Apartment

Loved this stay! It was perfect for the two of us. The shops and restaurants in the area were nice. This was close to Cummins Falls and the other hikes in the area we visited.

Me and my husband live in middle TN and just wanted a short, weekend get-a-way. This was by far the cleanest rental I have stayed in. The floors were literally squeaky clean! The location was perfect walking distance to many different shops and restaurants. The owner was so nice to let us know of things going on around the area for us to check into. We really enjoyed our stay.The only thing I would say that could have been better would have been the window over the door allows the whole room to light up by around 5:30 am making it hard to sleep in. There was a guest leaving the day of our check-in. Check-in time was 3 however we didn't get check-in information until a little after 3. It worked out okay for us because we just sat at a restaurant around the corner and had some drinks until we got the message and like it said, the place was really clean. I would definitely recommend and might have to return at a later date.

My husband and I had a really nice overnight stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here while kayaking to Burgess falls and Cummins State Park. It was the perfect location to enjoy downtown too.

The loft is a perfect place to stay if you want to walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Cookeville. Such a cute historic downtown area! The Loft is cute, super clean, and has everything you need. The bed is really comfy too!

The location is in a central location to many restaurants and close to many things in downtown Cookeville. It was very clean and furnished very nicely. The weirdest thing they skimp on is there is no door knob on the bathroom door, so the bathroom door doesn't close properly. It was so weird to have such a nice place, but they can't fix the bathroom door knob so you can close the door? Only reason I didn't give a 5 star review, and kind of a weird oversight.

Stayed here with my wife last year so I booked it for a work trip. It’s a nice place and good location. The only negative is the HVAC system is loud. It was very cold the week I stayed so the unit was running most of the time. Being a light sleeper it made it difficult to fall asleep.

This charming loft apartment was warm, cozy and appointed perfectly! The centered location is situated in the quaint downtown. Fire & Vine was a great spot for dinner and cocktails. The bed was so comfy and the exceptionally soft linens were exceptionally clean with a really nice fragrance.Our hostess was extremely accommodating with expeditious replies.One of the best nights in Tennessee yet!Feeling blessed and grateful VRBO!

Loft was very clean and just what we needed. Communication was a little slow from property manager as we got our check in info an hour before check in time.

Location,location,location perfect for restaurants and shopping. Came to town for waterfalls…but weather stayed dry. Apt was all we two needed .Central air unit noisy when fan kicked on , but music to sleep by!

Really like the location in the historic west side. Walking distance to all the local restaurants and downtown. The property was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the sitting in the patio area. I’d stay here again.

This is a great property in a fun area of Cookeville. It has everything you need and is super comfortable. It was nice to be walking distances from restaurants and things like that. Highly recommend!

The Loft was the perfect respite during our week. We came to Cookeville to move our daughter into her dorm at TTU. It was so close to campus and incredibly comfortable for the three of us! Once we were done each afternoon we could come back and relax in this beautiful apartment! We walked to dinner each night and enjoyed dessert on the lovely deck. We could not recommend this beautiful space highly enough! We have definitely found our home away from home when we are here to visit our girl! The hosts were so kind and welcoming and we just had the absolute best experience!!

Overall, the property is exactly as adveryised. The entrance is on the backside of the bldg and some of the neighbors do not take care of their prooerty which takes a littke away ftom the charm. My 1 big concern in the unit was the commode. It was very sluggish and It never quit, but i was worried evertytime i used it. Probably needs some attention.

This downtown loft was perfect for the 2 of us and walkable to almost everything, nice eating establishments, breweries, shopping. We were only in town for 1 night but the lift was perfect. So clean, super comfy bed, a true 5 star! Thanks and we’ll definitely be back!

The Loft property is charming and in a great location! We were able to walk everywhere and explore Cookeville more in depth. We will remember this property for our next visit!
