Four adults stayed in this great apartment on a quiet street. We appreciated how clean and inviting the place is, and the comfortable beds. We also enjoyed going to the Chipp Inn, across the street. What a good old fashioned neighborhood bar it is. Communication with Cheryl was great. Thank you!

Great place

Cheryl’s apartment was fabulous. We visited with our 16 year old granddaughter and spent 4 days at her favorite museums. The apartment was a quick uber ride to all the museums. Our granddaughter loved having her own room and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed!

Cheryl was a responsive and helpful host. This unit is clean and exactly what we needed as a central base. The neighborhood has a great city feel and there are some very good restaurant and bar options nearby.

The apartment was clean and neat. I loved the decor and Cheryl responded when I had a question. The area around us was very safe with a bar across the street. There are restaurants and stores close by.I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

We adored our stay here for our 10 year anniversary. Location was stunning and in very close proximity to everything we wanted, and the property itself was very clean, adorable, and more than enough for 2 people. I'd very gladly stay again!

The place was so charming and quaint!I wasn’t a fan of the parking on a very very tiny one way street. The signs were a bit confusing for us since we are not from an area like this.Other than that, it was overall a great little place with everything we needed. I would come back if I’m ever in the area again.

Loved the location of the place. Great place to walk to bars and places to eat. Communication with Cheryl was great, parking was no problem at all.

Clean and good location, but...1.) Gas stove defective. Valve would not turn off. Dangerous and felt sick for several hours after event.2.) Internet works fine for email. However, had a couple of work Zoom meetings to attend. Video froze and unable to attend.3.) Bedroom tiny and no bureau for clothes.4.)Bathroom sink tiny. (Like on an airplane). Needed to bend over and open the cabinet to get my face near it for brushing my teeth.

This was a good match for us with very close proximity for visiting family. Everything we needed was available, including guest parking passes. The apartment was clean and the door codes gave simple and easy access to the space. Very comfortable beds also! Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Cheryl’s Place over a weekend in September and we couldn’t have asked for more! It was an adorable apartment with everything you need!!! The beds were super comfortable and we loved the decor! The location was ideal for us; we were within walking distance to the trains and there were so many delicious places to eat nearby!!! Cheryl was a wonderful host; she provided parking permits for us each day that we stayed so we never had to worry about parking and she always answered all of our questions! We would love to and hope to stay there again on another visit to Chicago!!! Thank you, Cheryl, for such a pleasant stay!!!

Some friends and I were in town to see our favorite band at the Salt Shed and Cheryl’s place was the perfect spot for us. Great walkable location with lots of restaurants, stores, and coffee shops nearby. We walked home from the Salt Shed one night (about 20 min walk) and it felt safe and doable with a group. Neighbors were friendly and Cheryl was available for any questions that came up. Parking was provided with parking passes. We would definitely stay here again!

Albeit cozy, this clean and comfortable 2 BR met our needs for our family vacation in the Windy City. Owner was very responsive and friendly.

I loved the unit that we stayed in. Had amazing beds and felt right at home. Very opening living room. Only downside was the bathroom / sink was a little small. Would stay again!
