Stayed Mar 30, 2024We enjoyed the Hyde beach house and all it has to offer. The location is great. The condo could use a good deep cleaning, especially the grout in the bathrooms and some major dust pileup behind the nightstands. Other than that it’s a great stat! Kitchen has you basic utensils.

Stayed Apr 6, 2024The unit is really clean, and the main bathroom is perfect. The windows are huge, so there is a lot of sun in the kitchen after around 4pm (the sunsets are beautiful). The small pool on the 1st floor is fun too at the sunset. The bed is a king size. The unit is well located, close to the beach and the Walmart (10-minute walk). It’s easy to get chairs, towels and an umbrella at the beach. The tennis court is in very good condition. All of these are covered by the daily resort fee (30$/day per unit). The only negative point is the noisy road and car traffic on the bridge (the building is close to the Hallandale boulevard). If you have a car, there is a mandatory valet parking, and it costs around 38$ per day (+ tips).

Stayed Feb 3, 2024This review is only to help the property manager to do a better job. Too much damage in suite like finishing coming off the d/w & cabinets, broken toaster, soiled rugs and furniture & sliding door handles about to break. With only 2 mugs & a few pieces of cutlery, no dish cloths, cleaners, etc. we had to buy these items which we shouldn’t have to do. There was no mattress cover on the bed & the pillows were soiled. The pillows need to be replaced & there needs to be a combination of both firm and soft pillows. A bad pillow really impacts sleep. The apartment is nice but the bed is right next door to an elevator so you can hear the noisy elevator throughout the night. I had enquired about the noise from the close by bridge but was assured that it was not noisy but it was very noisy. We gave up on getting beach chairs/umbrella, There was a line up even though there were at least 10 chairs available. The beach attendants said they were reserved for owners & very rude. What about the paying guests? There needs to be a better description of everything included or not included so travellers can make appropriate planning ahead of time. The main pool is always crowded so we opted for the smaller pool but since it was right beside the building entrance and the bridge, it was very noisy. The location is far from the boardwalk & good restaurants except for the upscale Japanese restaurant across the street. Tennis court/sports courts were nice & saved the overall exp.

Stayed Jun 29, 2023This was a perfect mix for my 13 year old son and I. The beach , the pool, the condo is modern, chic and very clean. There's a quiet pool and a more party pool. There are plenty of eateries and delivery places. And there are activities posted in the elevator like happy hour, movie night. The beach is across a main street but, no need to lug anything over, the resort fee covers chairs, umbrellas and towels. We spent most of our time in the heated quiet pool. I travel a lot and ask a lot of question before and upon arrival the owner was very attentive and patiently answered everything. But, really when visiting here you should rely on the front desk they are there to help. Would I return to this rental? Knowing what I know now, ABSOLUTELY.

Stayed Mar 24, 2023The staff was very nice and always present. This particular unit was really nice. I liked the pool area and proximity to the bridge to get to the grocery store. Only downfall was that you couldn’t bring any drinks or food of your own to the pool. When paying so much for the daily rate, I think it was too much to ask that you also have to buy their overpriced drinks and food on top of that.
