Stayed Mar 24, 2026We loved our cottage just north of Hilo. The best part was walking two blocks to the beach and watching all of the surfers. There was even a rainbow! Magical. The neighborhood is super quiet and Terry was friendly and lives next door. It only takes about 10minutes to drive into Hilo for dining and markets. There were gorgeous orchids in the garden. It was a perfect, low key place for us to spend a few days.
