Whale Watching Has Never Been Easier At This Studio In Depoe Bay!

We had a great time and can’t beat the location! Gave 3 star on beachfront question because it is oceanfront not beachfront but amazing view so not sure how to rate that one. Easy access (just 4 steps up to front door) even my 14 year old Shih Tzu could manage and seemed very comfortable. Very well equipped lacked nothing! Great communication with host. Will definitely be back!!!!

Lovely place with a great view

I loved this place so much that I didn’t want to leave! We arrived to soft lights glowing and soothing music playing in the background of the aquarium app on the TV!! We felt so welcomed and immediately felt at home. The space is beautiful and the views are incredible!! No matter where you are in this studio, you can see the ocean. There are plenty of supplies (towels,TP, utensils, cooking pans, etc). Everything in the drawers and cupboards is clearly labeled and easy to find. The actual space was the cleanest place I have ever stayed!! The attention to detail was incredible! The room was quiet, the bed was comfy, and even the coffee was great in this cozy space. We cannot wait to return!! This is definitely our new favorite getaway. We are so grateful for the experience and the memories!

Great view of the sunset!

Do not hesitate to stay here! Very responsive. Everything you could need in the studio apartment. You even get a free coffee in the shop in the store under the studio in the morning.

We just returned from 4 nights at this location. We loved the location and view. We got lucky and had some sunny days in November, which doesn't always happen on the Oregon coast. So we were able to sit out on the chairs with coffee to watch the spouting across the street. The balcony of this unit is not covered, but if it is raining, there are also nice views from inside the unit. The free coffee offered downstairs was excellent, and there was also a Keurig machine and a regular drip coffee maker in the room. We could hear a little of the music coming from the coffee shop downstairs in the morning, but it was faint and not too noticeable. We had a minor issue the first night, and management offered a solution quickly. Check in was easy and the cleanup requirements were very minor at the end of the stay. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. They even supplied binoculars in the room for whale watching. We just booked another room from this property management company in Newport for next month since we were so happy with this one. We will definitely rent this unit or one of the units next door the next time we stay in Depoe Bay. All the pictures posted with this review were taken from the unit. Some with zoom on of course.

It was amazing loved the space and friendly people

Loved this property. It was exactly as described and spotless. We were disappointed to not see any whales, I guess we will have to come back!

We enjoyed the view for sure. Saw whales multiple times which was very nice and enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck. Felt very relaxing and comfortable will there.

First time in OR and definitely won't be my last! I truly laid in the bed in the morning and watched whales in rhe bay! The ease of walking everywhere in town is an added plus and it was a quick drive to many beaches! My pup and my surrogate daughter loved to people watch from the balcony! We'll be back for aure!!

Cute property, right in the middle of things. Kitchen has nice selection of pots, pans and other tools if you want to stay in and cook. Would definitely book again.

This was a beautiful property with an amazing view of the bay. We had a whale visit in the cove across from the deck!! We also had beautiful sunsets!!

The apartment was super clean, cute and very comfortable. It was exactly as advertised. The check in and out procedures were easy to navigate. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a quick getaway from Albany. Views were spectacular and the ocean didn’t disappoint. Bed was very comfortable and linen was clean and plenty of towels. Easy and convenient parking. I will definitely go back.

We selected this location after researching many options in Depoe Bay - and we were not disappointed. It is as lovely and well-appointed as in the photos and description. The location allows walking to shops and restaurants, and the view is amazing. We were thrilled to watch the local pod of gray whales from our deck. Additional bonuses is the coffee and bakery goods and beautiful PNW items in the shop directly below. We were there multiple times daily. We both agreed we would rent this again soon!

We saw whales from the room and while sitting on the balcony. It’s fun to sit and stare at the ocean from there. Fun to people watch, too. The convenience of just walking around the corner to the shops and restaurants is fantastic! A place you must stay!

The amenities at the home in Depoe Bay were many! It was very easy to prepare any meal we wanted including several charcuterie boards! Coffee and snack shop was just below our rental! Sitting at the granite counter, eating delicious food while watching the ocean at Sprouting Horn was incredible! We loved every minute of our stay, dining out, hiking locally, walking on the many beaches, all made our trip from Washington to the coast very memorable. So many good options as we walked locally or took a quick 20 minute drive north or south of Depoe Bay. Thanks for the use of this beautiful home and amazing location for our summer getaway!
