This is a basement apartment located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with beautiful views. Perfect stop to rest close to Zion National park, Sand Hollow State Park and the new Jellystone Water Park!

The space is a living area, 3 bedrooms(one queen bed/one king bed/two twin beds). A kitchen with a small dinning area, a hallway desk, and a bathroom. And additionally a theater room with ample seating! Please note you will not have washer and dryer access unless specifically requestedand approved.
