Pool Reminders:
The pool is heated, but it takes some time to reach the desired temperature once turned on. The deepest part is over 2 meters. Please note that there are no railings or cover, so extra caution is required when using the pool, especially for children and non-swimmers. Please do not allow children to swim alone and always ensure their safety.

The maximum temperature for the pool is 25°C, and the maximum temperature for the hot tub is 30°C. As these are outdoor amenities, temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions and may not always reach the maximum setting, especially during colder seasons or cooler evenings.

## House Rules

1. No pets allowed.
2. Only guests listed in the reservation may enter the property.
3. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents.
4. Please supervise all companions and visitors. The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
5. No smoking inside the residence.
6. Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.
7. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
8. Do not move furniture or remove property items.
9. Pool, hot tub, and other amenities are used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised.
10. Check-in/out times must be followed. Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval.
11. Security cameras monitor only outdoor common areas for safety.
12. No deliveries or third-party access without prior approval.
13. Guests agree to follow all local regulations and HOA rules.
14. Valuables should be stored securely; host is not responsible for personal belongings.

**Account Verification**
Guests must complete ID verification through the booking platform prior to check-in, as required by the platform’s policies.

**Parking**
Park only in the designated areas listed in the check-in instructions.

**Shoes Indoors (Carpeted Areas)**
To help protect and maintain the cleanliness of our carpeted areas, shoes and slippers are not allowed inside the house. We kindly ask that you remove them upon entry.

**Toilet Use**
Flush only human waste and toilet paper. All other items must be disposed of in the bins provided to prevent plumbing issues.

**Lost Keys / Lockout**
Lost keys or guest lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee.

**Illegal Activities**
Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

**Security & Safety Devices**
Tampering with smoke detectors, security devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or other safety systems is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or immediate termination of your stay.

**Recycling & Garbage**
Please follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines due to improper sorting will be charged to the guest (up to $300). Excessive garbage may result in additional disposal fees of up to $300.

**Cancellation Policy**
By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

**Failure to Follow Rules**
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
