The beautiful southern coastline and six-mile stretch of Eastbourne beach is just a short walk away, within five minutes of leaving your property you can be sat on the pebbles watching as the waves crash in.

One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this inon a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

Parking is on nearby streets and we can provide daily permits (ask us for details/price).

Eastbourne's popular Beacon shopping centre is just at the end of your road as well as dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes.

Theatre and tennis lovers are also well placed with the Devonshire park complex also being less than a five minute walk away. The theatre is a beautiful Victorian play house which opened its doors in 1884.

The apartment was excellent. Great location & superb facilities. A very well equipped flat.The only downside was the steep stairs, so not great for older people.

This is a nicely decorated and very comfortable apartment. Generous living area and big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and there is a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a short walk. Shops and other activities are nearby as well as the train station. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Great value and highly recommended. Would stay again.

The apartment was situated in the town centre with shops, restaurants and bars for all preferences and ages. Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for a family holiday with adult children and their partners with everything on hand to suit everyone. The beach was 5 minutes walk away with a grassed area at the Wish Tower to walk our dog. We had a fantastic time away and would definitely recommend staying here. Thankyou :)
