Well Appointed Row Home w/ King, Across from Forsyth Park by Lucky Savannah

We loved this beautiful apartment. It was well laid out and very well decorated. It's what Paris apartments wished they looked like. The key was that it had large windows in every room, which is key in moody, shady Savannah. I suppose we could have chosen an apartment closer to the town centre, but we came to feel lucky that we would have the privilege of walking in such a pretty park past the illustrious fountain every day. That the place was professionally managed was evident. First the slickness of check in - just emails and code numbers - easy peasy, then the faultless decor, then the comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen, then the newness of everything and upscale toiletries... It was perfect. Well, near perfect... If I had to mention two faults, it would be that the couch, though very pretty, felt cheap - like its base cushions were made of cardboard or something, and also, we were lucky that the upstairs residents were away for much of our stay, but they were very clunky and loud when they were in. It's an old house, so it's to be expected, plus we're Canadian so we aren't used to people wearing shoes in the house. No worries, though. I would still highly recommend this place. We'd stay again.

We returned to this lovely unit because if the charming view, amenities and location. It is a well appointed unit with a very comfortable bed, nice rear secluded patio and great living space(s). I will return to it when my wife and I visit in the future.

The couch needs to be replaced.

Beautiful place, incredible location. We loved it.

Clean, well decorated 1 bedroom close to the downtown attractions. We walked everywhere so were able to avoid finding and paying for parking.

Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay in Delia Row 905A the location is the best we walked to river street enjoyed shopping on Broughton and dined at local restaurants steps from our door the accommodations were roomy clean and comfortable we would most definitely choose to stay here again on our trips to Savannah the only negative I can think of is the noise from the upstairs tenant you can hear everything from footsteps to conversations to a dog barking but other than that we had a pleasant stay

The kitchen was apply stocked with the necessities. We were pleasantly surprised to find travel chairs in the closet to take to the park.Location was perfect to be in the middle of so many places to explore. Cleanliness was a 5 star!
